“This location inside Smith's is the best one I have been to (and I drink a lot of Starbucks!). The whole team knows me by name and has no problem making my daily complicated drink that is not on the menu! Sandy (the lead) obviously does a great job with her team and every one of them is fantastic and kind. I purposely choose this location over the drive-thru location down the street due to their better customer service and the fact that they are always open when they are supposed to be. Do yourself a favor and choose this location if in the Heber area!“
“I love this location but please stop under filling drinks! I got a grande and there was way more headspace than needed, even for whipped cream. $6 is a lot to spend on a drink that’s missing that much volume.Edit: I appreciate the reply but I go through the drive through on my way to work. I sometimes don’t have enough time to wait a second go through or go inside to fix the drink that I’m getting on my commute.“
