“Service is awesome! Employees are responsive and friendly. Limited indoor seating, but the cool thing is, I've been served my drink and food while seated and waiting! The food and drinks are Starbucks standard, which I like. When very busy, the parking lot area can be a challenge.“
“The nicest and most patient baristas!! We were traveling with family that weren’t super familiar with the Starbucks menu. Not only were the baristas patient, they were great at recommending drink choices for our family members. Everyone loved what they got! They did have a now hiring sign posted and appeared to be in the process of training but that didn’t change our great experience at all. Great job Starbucks!“
“The staffs are very friendly. They actually close at 7, I talked to the girl who were there 5 days ago, i came in at like 4:50 she told me that the store is closing at 5 because they are having some problems. The girl said she was there since 5 in the morning then left at 1 then went back to close. The staffs will still actually take your order even though you arrive a minute before close.“
“I feel so bad for this young barista, today she had to deal with a drunken customer who was very rude to her from their first interaction. They lady was very upset about how her drink don’t taste right, then it was that she didn’t have caramel on the bottom, then it was that she had a problem with the drink being shaken (which is exactly what she ordered, I know that because I was behind her in line). This lady then wanted a refund, so the barista directed her to the customer service center. Then the lady just had her remake the drink again, and berated her for rushing while it was clear they were in the middle of a rush. While that drunk lady decided to call her rude, I had no such interaction and she was very friendly to me! I will be back for my tea! Thank you Parker and Erika for dealing with us on the daily!!“
