“This place is awesome. The crew and staff are very friendly and professional. I was greeted promptly and service was excellent. The cleanliness was also outstanding. Never seen a clean restaurant this clean. I will definitely be back for more fast food.

Parking: Wide open spaces. Well lit for evening dining.

Kid-friendliness: We have small children so the cleanliness of the place was a plus.“

“A great place to get a chicken sandwich. We went in with a few questions about their wings, and the employee taking our order was very helpful. The chicken sandwich I got was very good and well put together. I am a huge fan of the cajun fries, especially when dipped in the blackened ranch.The lobby itself is okay. The seats had what looked like grease stains on them. The tables and chairs were very clean otherwise.“

“First time! Went w my girls on our lunch and i think the manager took our orders; he was so nice and awesome, told me about the spiciness levels in detail and was so awesome! Food was soooo good and fresh, wish I took a better picture, the fries were surprisingly still crispy when I ate it a few hours later
I thought the spicy level was going to be spicy from how it was described and I normally can’t handle spicy but the spicy for me tasted medium, next time imma ask for the next level up of spicy

“I just wanted to take a moment and recognise Athena. I worked a long shift outside in the cold & snow today and I got a note saying I got a “We Luv U Treat” ?

It made me so happy and there was an extra cookie in my bag! Are you kidding?!? That was the most thoughtful thing anyone has done for me in weeks.

“I got locked out of my house and was driving around trying to distract 3 small children for 2 hours until someone would be home to unlock it. I decided to come to Chick-Fil-A so that my kids could play and I ordered a few things of fries and a drink for them to share. When I mentioned in passing that I had someone locked myself out, Ashley gave me my meal for free and told me that she could only imagine how hard it was to occupy 3 kids! She was so nice and made my entire day! To a mom on the verge of tears this act of kindness was beyond anything that I’ve ever experienced. We are customers for life.“

Parking: In both locations there are other big stores as well, so you can find parking, it just might not always be close. The Drive-Thru moves very quickly also!

Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old (twin)grandchildren love going in!! They always get a treat or surprise ?

Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair for 6 months about 4 years ago and I had no problems at all.“

She’s great at her job and made the overall experience so much better. She deserves all the recognition for her hard work, friendliness, dedication and customer service. “Seriously one of my favorite fast food joints! My favorite thing to get there is their basic chicken sandwich with one of their seasonal milkshakes. (Love the peach shake!) They've streamlined their drive thru to keep things moving swiftly and have quick, friendly service. There are always a lot of people there when we go, because it's just THAT good!“

“I went to the Saratoga springs kfc Wednesday night to get a 3 piece extra crispy like I usually do, and I will say, I’ve eaten a ton of kfc in my life but something about this chicken just stood out, it was extra flakey and crispy and it tasted amazing and it didn’t taste super salty like other kfcs taste, the service was amazing and I got my food in less than 5 minutes, the fries were well seasoned and amazing, this is a kfc I would definitely go back too!“
