Real authentic Mexican food, good quality ingredients not greasy junk like a lot of comparable places. ALWAYS busy which is a good sign
The smothered asada burrito is excellent—and about the size of a baby. Easily the best burrito I’ve had at a restaurant. Skip the big-budget chains and support this small local spot instead. The food is better, the portions are huge, and it’s absolutely worth a visit.

The carnitas are absolute perfection—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to flawless consistency. The smothered asada burrito is excellent and about the size of a baby, easily the best burrito at a restaurant. Everything on the menu is made fresh daily, and the fresh aguas frescas are the perfect pairing. The location is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of, with friendly and quick staff. They make sure you get your food really fast and in top notch quality. Try the chicharrones and the carnitas taco, carnitas torta, or carnitas burrito. This is a must-visit spot in Herriman, highly recommended.
