To be fair, there were also only a handful of staff there, and none of them seemed to be standing around, and the tables really only had crumbs and some handprints. “Meh... First time to Cubby's and probably last. I somehow spent $35 for 2 people. I asked for a receipt but they were going to make me fill out a form and email it to me and I said not worth it. So, not sure if they messed up or if 2 burgers, fries, and drinks really cost $35 at a fast casual place like this.
I got the Houdini. The patty was burned and not much flavor or taste to the rest of it. I ordered the buffalo bleu cheese fries. The bleu cheese and buffalo sauce is actually a pretty good combo and I loved the taste but the fries seemed to be stale. There was also a wrapper or lid to the bleu cheese container mixed into my fries. I like their chipotle fry sauce. You'll need a lot to make up for the bland flavors and stale food.
The service was fast and friendly and establishment clean. Only complaint about service was them not noticing the obvious wrapper they left on my fries.“

“I had what could have been an awful experience, but the women I talked to at the Riverton Panera were amazing! I ordered through the app for a delivery (which then goes through door dash). The expected time for delivery came and went. As expected, I was frustrated. All that the app told me was there was a delay and that the order had been prepared. When I called, they explained that a dasher came to pick it up, but ended up stealing it. My task was then to call door dash and have them send a refund to Panera so they can remake the order. So I did. It was inconvenient but pretty easy all things considered. I called Panera back and they explained that they would get right on it. Well. It had been a while again so I was about to call them again and see what the status was. Next thing I know, there is a Panera employee (not a dasher) walking up with my food! She was so kind and apologized for all the inconvenience! I get it! None of that was their fault. It was on that original dasher. Anyway. All that to say, I’m super grateful for the employees who helped today! They were super helpful and made everything happen so I still got my food! THANK YOU!“

Starting from the manager Jenna who was super amazing and gave an awesome recommendation! Then there was Breckenridge, Riley and Max, they had superb customer service, friendliness, and altogether welcoming! Then Lane, Jordan Daisy, Xavier, Andreas everybody was so happy and welcoming.This is my 5th day coming and this will be my new place and location to come as I was looking for a place to pick up lunch three days out of the week. I went in yesterday for dinner since it’s in the way home and the food was great, restaurant was super clean, everyone was very on top of cleaning their area, and staff was super friendly even when they were busy. The girl at the first station was very helpful and the two guys were also very patient and made really helpful suggestions. The guy with stickers on his face helped me sign up for perks and was very knowledgeable about how the app worked so I will definitely be coming back.

The pandemic wasn’t going to allow us to keep our tradition because yesterday all Utah Sizzlers temporarily closed. The manger came to my house personally and brought us food, on them. “Neither of us have been in years but decided Noodles sounded great tonight, especially after getting over a cold. Stopped in for takeout, getting a handful of dishes. I mentioned my Parsley allergy when I asked if it was in a side. The girl working the register tonight made sure to ask me what I was planning on eating and letting the kitchen know as well - as parsley is a common ingredient they use throughout. I really appreciated the staff tonight taking it seriously and making sure to even note it. She also took care of those waiting on online orders with a cup and the staff remained consistently friendly as more customers came in. The place was clean, good atmosphere and wait wasn’t too long. We’ll be back. Better than previous reviews claim.“
