“I never been to Bambū before and have seen so many videos of popping boba. I have been so eager to try it. When I first walked in I was so in awe of the vibe and decor of the place. It really is beautiful and it smelled amazing! I got the strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry popping boba. It was 10/10! It was so good and the popping boba was so fun. I loved it! I will definitely be returning and telling all my family to try it as well. Also the lady at the register was so sweet and friendly. Look forward to trying more drinks!“

“I would give this place a 5⭐️ if they were open consistently. Everytime family comes down from Logan it’s closed. No rhyme or reason to it. The food is amazing and we love it. They need to hire more people so the owners can leave sometimes and keep the place open. We have been there several times and they close early because they run out of food. I just wish we could get their amazing food consistently.“

“Wow so good! My husband and I wanted to try a new Vietnamese restaurant and this place met all our expectations. We did takeout, but a cute hole in the wall place that had lots of people dining in. We got the fried rice, stir fried ramen and the shrimp spring rolls. Everything was so fresh and the meat was tender and yummy! We highly recommend and will be going back!“

“It's nice to have a pho place close to home and not have to drive 30 minutes to get a good bowl. Café Trang is in a small strip mall in suburban South Jordan, bordering Herriman. It's not the first place you'd think to find such a restaurant, but I'm glad it's here. Service is terrific-when the man behind the counter (likely the owner) learned that it was our first time, he happily oriented us with the menu and made some suggestions for my vegetarian friend. There were plenty of options to make us both happy. I enjoyed the pho with the beef broth and shrimp. The flavor was excellent without being overpowering. I appreciated having something warm on a cool spring day. They were also very accommodating and not rushing us even though we arrived about 40 minutes prior to closing time.“

“This was my 1st time at the establishment. Had the brisket pho tonight. A very large flavorful portion. Great meat to noodle ratio. Flavoring was perfect. A generous serving of side items for the pho. The staff was very nice and helpful. Even the bathrooms were well maintained and clean. I really enjoyed my dinner here. “If you live around the area, don't think you have to drive to West Valley for a good bowl of pho or Viet food, in general. This place does it well and definitely clears nearby competitors. Per their pho, their broth is delicate, slightly sweet, and more spiced than beefy. It's a good proper bowl, but I was more inclined towards their rice plates. I got their chicken plate to which the meat was tender and healthily marinated in lemongrass.“
