“October 13, 2022, my sister and I went to Leatherby's for lunch at 12:10 p.m. We order a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and we waited 20 minutes for it, it was barely warm. It had hardly and meat, green peppers, onions on it! I said to the waiter this Philly cheese steak sandwich was on the Menu said The BEST Seller. It had nothing is on it; he took it back and (they probably spit on it) when came back it STILL hardly had any meat etc. on it! It was the worst Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich!!! Service VERY Poor! Food VERY POOR!!!“

“I just had the crispy avo salad! Wow! I've never had a deep fat fried avocado before but this was delectable! It's stuffed with cheese and breaded. I will definitely be back. And Mayra was my server. So friendly and helpful. Love this place!
Vegetarian options: Lots of great salads! I ordered meat on my salad, but I typically doesn't come with any.
Dietary restrictions: Great place to eat if you are lactose intolerant. As far as I can tell they have lots of options with no milk.“

“These are the best workers in the world!! They are so nice and helpful, I love coming here with my friends and receiving the best quality service possible. My go to fav is strawberry cheesecake in either a small waffle cone or as a hurricane! Handels is well worth it!“

“I always have an amazing experience with the Sandy location. I was there tonight, 10/25/24, around 6p and the employees I encountered were so friendly. They went above and beyond. I wish I had their names. I did express an issue I had with finding some flavors, especially Lemon Bar, on the Handels website for an online order or through DoorDash. She states she would bring it up to try to have it fixed for me in the future.“

“I called at 10:55pm because I promised my son an ice cream for being good. I couldn't get to the store untill 11pm on the dot which is when they close. I asked Britney if she could just get 2 ice creams ready to go and I'll be in and out . She was very nice about it (ugh we all secretly hate the last minute people) so that is very much appreciated . You and your co worker seriously rock !!!!“

“I love Menchies, especially the tart with strawberries and raspberries. But of course I must try some other flavors each time -just in case. The tart at this location on this particular night was a little more soft and melty than I’m used to. Probably just an off night for the machine. I’ll come back but based on this one experience I’d rather go to the one in Draper where I have been many times and is always firm. Will that stop me from coming back here if I’m in the area though? No way. Menchies is delicious and I love it. I’ll give one thing to them at their place though - tons of seating at this location! Good thing too. I came during a random rush which was wild.“

“Ordered through Grubhub. Didn’t realize Grubhub doesn’t make sure that the menu is up to date. BUT luckily the team at this location tried their best and left a note for me. The cheese cake was the best thing I’ve ever tasted! To get an accurate menu for the week stop in or order from their app. Great customer service and I appreciate the note explaining. The cheese cake was the best pick from the team to fix Grubhub error.“

“I don't often write reviews and I would typically give 3-4 stars here - the cookies are usually pretty good overall, but a little expensive for my taste. That said, I was very impressed with the young lady working there tonight. It seemed she was the only one working (I was in at about 9:30 PM on 9/25/2024), but she was quick, handled a tricky situation without skipping a beat, and made sure the customer (me) was happy. Kudos to your great employee - she earned you that last star or two.“

“The new Coffee House ice cream flavours are amazing! My wife got the cinnamon roll while I got the coffee one. The sweet with the coffee flavor paired wonderfully when we shared! I do wish mine could have been mixed a bit more and it seemed lacking with the quantity of add ins but flavor was hard to complain about.
Store was pretty dirty when we came in late so trying to give benefit of the doubt that it would be cleaned after closing. Overall good experience and some of the best ice creams we've had at Cold Stone.“

“We had Yonutz cater to our community and had a fantastic, delicious time. The guys were so personable, the treats were unique, amazing and served fresh. Definitely recommend them and they said they do fundraisers! Super happy to find them.“

We got the cookies n' cream smashed donut and it was to die for. 🤤 very clean establishment and very friendly/kind staff. Highly recommend!!“

“We visited Crumbl Cookies in American Fork last week and had a fantastic experience. The highlight was a cheerful staff member who provided exceptional service. She greeted us with a warm smile and enthusiastically offered recommendations for their cookies. Her friendly attitude and helpful suggestions made our visit special. We absolutely loved the outstanding service she provided. The cookies were delicious, but the excellent customer care truly made our trip memorable. “First time visiting and had a positive experience. I loved the frozen yogurt options. There were even some sugar-free options too! The toppings area was clean, which was nice since there was some traffic. The waffle cone bowl was free since it was Wednesday! But to my utter disappointment, the cones were stale. Being in a dry region, there is no excuse for it. I had to bend my waffle bowl in half to get a piece to break off! No bueno.“

“I’ve gone to Creamworx twice now and every time I’ve gotten ice cream there I’ve absolutely loved it! My first time I got a cookie dough and it was really good and my second time I got raspberry cheesecake. They rotate their flavors so there’s always something new. Their shakes aways look really fun too, I could see those being a really fun birthday treat. The employees are nice and the atmosphere is so much fun. My only complaint is that there have been some flies inside every time I’ve been there. I think it’s because there are sewers outside. This is also a downside because it smells really bad before you walk into the shop. It’s hard to be negative about this though because I know it’s not their fault and they can’t really do anything about it. It’s the same for all of those shops along that row! Just bad sewer placement but other than that it’s such a fun place!
