“So i came here after work with my wife and kid I ordered a Chipotle cheese steak and she ordered the original cheese steak. When I got my order my wife's was fine. Mine was made with the wrong meat. Got chicken instead of beef. Not usually a big deal but I was wanting steak today. I let the lady at the front counter know the mistake and she immediately fixed the issue with no problems she was super nice and helpful. “The staff was so kind and attentive! Brought plenty of napkins (a must with kids) and even brought out extra pickles when they noticed the kids sharing one. We sat and talked for a bit after eating and they came and took some of the garbage out of the way. Definitely coming again when in town!“

“I am from AZ and loved going to Ikes in AZ. I was excited to learn they are in Utah now. I ordered online and they had it all ready on time. I made a lot of changes to my sandwich and they made it exactly as I asked. The sandwiches were SO good and I love how they give you a free caramel apple lollipop with your sandwich. The workers are amazing at their job.“

“We ordered from Port Of Subs through an app called ezCater for a Halloween party we were having. I looked around for easy meal ideas for our party for a few days and after looking at some of the typical ones people use, I found that many places were crazy expensive AND, I would have to go pick it up myself. I found their options for catering really appealing, and the price was reasonable. I also love that they offer a veggie tray and most places don't. The other up side is that I didn't have to find a way to keep food warm like we would have had to for a taco bar or burgers etc. We ordered the Spectacular Sub Assortment which we got to pick 4 styles (Turkey & Provolone, Ham & American, Roast Beef and Provolone, and BLT) and had the bread type an assortment (white or wheat). We then had them put lettuce and tomato but had Mayo on the side so they wouldn't get soggy. We also ordered some chips, the Definitely Dessert Platter, and as I mentioned, the Vegetable Garden Splendor. You guys! not only were the sandwiches a hit, that veggie tray was AMAZING!!!! The dessert platter had brownies and cookies and they were sooo good, and ALL the sandwiches were gone at the end of the night. They had plenty of toppings on them and the bread was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend them and I will use them again when we need to cater something.“

“Ordered Pho, spring rolls and a Thai Tea.
Brisket in Pho was thin and tender, broth was noticeably salty. Peanut sauce for spring rolls was spicey, didn't like it. Tea was excellent, just a bit too much ice. Overall I enjoyed the food.“

“I came to your establishment for the first time ever today. My three year old and I came to the drive thru. The young man who took our order was so Kind, helpful, and happy. We found the young man that took our money in the same attitude. As we drove away my three year old said, "mom, those are some of the nicest boys ever, aren't they? “Quick service and always tasty, and r employees willing to accomidate requests like slicing the sandwich into more pieces than regular. There are also usually nice quoteable quotes on the walls, and some of the bathrooms have funny quips as well.“

“Had issues with putting in an online delivery order today. I talked to Ben who helped me by giving me suggestions. Then he took my order over the phone and really went above and beyond due to the inconvenience! Internet and app issues are a pain in the butt--but Ben really made it not a big deal for me at all. He made things right!“

“I started going to this one instead of the one on Redwood Road after I realized how much quicker they are at this one and the quality of the food is so much better. The bread is always soft and fresh at this location. I always get really hard stale bread at other locations. By the time I was done swiping my card for my food, both sandwiches were already ready. “I recently used Jimmy John's in Draper for a catering order. IAN took my call and was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. I didn't know exactly what to choose or what to expect, I'd never catered before to such a large group.

Not only was Ian polite and friendly on the phone, he was personable and gracious when I arrived in the store to complete the order in person (yes, I'm that girl...sometimes I need a little help)

I told Ian this was my first time catering for a large group and I really needed things to go well. He listened carefully, suggested I add two veggie options (which was AWESOME because one of the executives was a vegetarian and would typically bring his own food for any lunch and learns - not today sir, not today Ian helped me save the day...SCORE!!)

After already going above and beyond, Ian put a handwritten note in my lunch bag - You got this :). Seriously? How incredibly kind. All I could think about was WOW and how is this guy not famous for being this great!! So, here's the first step.... Five Stars on Google.

I came back a couple days later to pick up the order, it was ready to go and packed for transport. If there's an easy button for group lunches, this is it. Highly recommend.

Jimmy John's - if you're reading this - and I'm sure you are, Ian truly deserves recognition for going out of his way to not only complete the order but to be a ray of sunshine in someone's day. He deserves a note in HIS lunch....and more.“

“Sandwiches are always amazing but the guy at the register today was rude explaining things. I ordered and he repeated it to me using sandwich numbers. I hadn’t ordered that way so I didn’t know what he was confirming. He got a little rude and said it says up there SLIM. After searching there is a very tiny white bar that explains a SLIM. He made me feel so dumb. Won’t come back to this location.“
