“Jersey Mike’s is a really good sandwich shop. The fact that they’re open on Sundays in Utah was especially helpful. The food is always fresh, and the customer service has always been great. If you’re looking for a solid deli sandwich in Orem, I’d definitely recommend Jersey Mike’s. It may not be the most unique sandwich shop around, but they do what they’re known for really well. And the fact that they also have gluten and dairy free options keeps them higher up on my list.“

“If sandwiches had a fan club, I’d be president after this visit. This Jersey Mike’s in Sandy absolutely understood the assignment.

Both subs were STACKED, like, “did they accidentally give me extra meat?” stacked. Everything was fresh, juicy, and seasoned just right. Not dry, not skimpy… just pure sandwich perfection. Honestly, I had to pause mid-bite, call a manager, and appreciate what was happening!

The team was quick, friendly, and clearly knows what they’re doing. And shoutout to the manager, Thomas, whatever you’re doing back there, keep doing it, because your crew is killing it.

10/10, no notes… except maybe bring napkins, because these sandwiches do not come to play.“

“I am from AZ and loved going to Ikes in AZ. I was excited to learn they are in Utah now. I ordered online and they had it all ready on time. I made a lot of changes to my sandwich and they made it exactly as I asked. The sandwiches were SO good and I love how they give you a free caramel apple lollipop with your sandwich. “Yumm! Typically these guys are fantastic, today was not a good day. Long wait at lunch is expected but I ordered a 44 reg and I watched them finish 21 sandwiches before they did mine. I had to ask twice.

“We ordered from Port Of Subs through an app called ezCater for a Halloween party we were having. I looked around for easy meal ideas for our party for a few days and after looking at some of the typical ones people use, I found that many places were crazy expensive AND, I would have to go pick it up myself. I found their options for catering really appealing, and the price was reasonable. I also love that they offer a veggie tray and most places don't. The other up side is that I didn't have to find a way to keep food warm like we would have had to for a taco bar or burgers etc. We ordered the Spectacular Sub Assortment which we got to pick 4 styles (Turkey & Provolone, Ham & American, Roast Beef and Provolone, and BLT) and had the bread type an assortment (white or wheat). We then had them put lettuce and tomato but had Mayo on the side so they wouldn't get soggy. We also ordered some chips, the Definitely Dessert Platter, and as I mentioned, the Vegetable Garden Splendor. You guys! not only were the sandwiches a hit, that veggie tray was AMAZING!!!! The dessert platter had brownies and cookies and they were sooo good, and ALL the sandwiches were gone at the end of the night. They had plenty of toppings on them and the bread was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend them and I will use them again when we need to cater something.“

“I came to your establishment for the first time ever today. My three year old and I came to the drive thru. The young man who took our order was so Kind, helpful, and happy. We found the young man that took our money in the same attitude. As we drove away my three year old said, "mom, those are some of the nicest boys ever, aren't they? “I have to say, this is the best Subway I have ever been to! The restaurant was spotlessly clean, from the tables to the food prep area. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and you could really taste the difference in every bite. On top of that, the staff was amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. “Alejandro was very nice and professional! I went here and there was a bit of a wait which was fine, as I got to the drive up counter it seemed my order possibly got lost while I was waiting. Alejandro apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a solution and offered to even fix my sandwich for me himself. I felt as if he really did care. I notice this location is understaffed or under scheduled often so hopefully they can staff it up with more great employees like Alejandro since it’s a great location!“

“I work just up the street from this location and will go here pretty often. Every single time I’ve been in I’ve had such a wonderful experience. Not only because the food is good but the customer service is seriously amazing. The one time I had a very small issue with my order it was resolved so quickly and so kindly by the workers there and it really made my day after a long shift at work. “Easy, friendly service from start to finish. I accidentally placed my pickup order at the wrong location, but the manager immediately stepped in to help. They offered to call and cancel the other order and took care of making my food right there, no hassle at all.

Even though the mistake was mine, they went above and beyond to fix it quickly and kindly. While I was placing my order, my sandwich was ready before I even finished paying.
