Based on other reviews, this is an ongoing thing and it’s always disappointing when multiple customers are pointing out the same thing but nothing is done to improve. Would still come back! Just don’t expect happy service.“

Excellent service (although I went in at a dead time and it is obvious that they get busy!) - the cashier advised me on a great pairing of a sparkling lemonade with my Caputo sandwich. Lovely sandwich on a hoagie, served with a spicy green olive and pepperoncini on the side. The sandwich was very fresh and everything was delicious. A special cookie at the end was the icing on the cake!“

“Got some chicken noodle soup for my girlfriend here because she wasn’t feeling well. It was super fast and the made from scratch soup was delicious. Big points! And the split pea soup I got for myself was hearty without being too salty. I’ll be back soon to dine in (sandwiches and the clam chowder looked awesome)“

“I went to pick up my Christmas ham and there was already a well organized waiting area, outside the front doors.

They had a tent setup for the walk up customers with a simple crowd queue.
They had a Separate crowd queue set up for pre ordered, pre paid customers that moved quickly!

From now on, I will pre order and pre pay! 👍“
