Had a great experience at Latitude at Black Desert! I ordered the Red Snapper a La Talla, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily one of the best seafood dishes I’ve had in a while. The service was also excellent. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
Great food, great service, and a beautiful setting. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the Ivins/St. George area!

Delicious, fresh, quality food with quality ingredients and a spectacular view. Visited with my fiance and will definitely return. Hats off to Chef Oswald .
Fantastic dining experience at Latitude Restaurant at Black Desert Resort in St. George. The red snapper was absolutely excellent—fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. The ceviche was outstanding as well. Beautiful setting, great service, and truly memorable food. Highly recommend Latitude if you’re visiting Black Desert!

Latitude at Black Desert Resort in St. George offers a fantastic dining experience with great food, great service, and a beautiful setting. The Red Snapper a La Talla is delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, and the red snapper is excellent, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The ceviche is outstanding, and the salmon bagel is really incredible. The shrimp tacos and a type of ceviche are divine. The food is amazing, very flavorful, and seasonal, and everything seems delicious. The drinks are top notch and fast to be refilled. The service is friendly, attentive, and excellent, with hospitality from day one of a stay until the last day. Guests are welcomed, remembered, and seated at a table they love for the view. The breakfast is great with a bit of view depending where you sit. There are AMAZING views of the course and the mountains beyond. The service is slow like everything in Utah, but the view is incredible. Latitude is highly recommended if visiting Black Desert, and it is a memorable place in the Ivins/St. George area.
