“Canyon Breeze has a nice variety of options to choose from, however I found the food to be too bland. Perhaps they are cooking with low salt, but there are many other ways to bring in more flavor. Dessert options were very disappointing and even the ice cream with cookies left a lot to be desired. The chocolate chip cookies tasted like they were from the grocery store and the ice cream was not great. The highlight of the meal was the fresh dinner salad and the shrimp. Another note, the menu is the same every night and it would be nice to have variety!“

“This is our go to restaurant for special events. The food is always excellent, and the service is the best you'll find anywhere. Drinks are always filled, food comes out promptly, and you're never waiting or wanting for anything. On our most recent visit, Dalchand was our server and did an exceptional job with a smile. Highly recommend and we take everyone who visits here!“

“We had a great experience ordering take out here. I made a mistake on timing, totally my fault and they remade my order without me even asking. I really appreciated it. The food was delicious and the portions for the price were great! We ordered the family meal and did rice beans and fries as our sides. Normally sides for meals like this are so small but these portions were big! We had leftovers of the sides after feeding our family of six (young kids). Not to mention the flavors are really unique and yummy. Definitely a 5 star experience.“

“WOW WOW WOW. Literally one of the best experiences I've had at a Hibachi restaurant. The space is BEAUTIFUL, exotic, and creatively decorated. Service was fast, friendly, and updated the status of our food frequently. THE FOOD was incredible, fresh, and the flavor was DIVINE. I want to bring everyone I know here! 10/10 would recommend“

“Wonderful dining experience! Ambiance is very nice. Not too noisy and tables are sufficiently far enough from the rest for good private conversation. All of our dishes were prepared perfectly. And the Goulash! So, so good! Our service was great from start to finish! Can't say enough about this great find - we will be returning again for sure!“

“The food was great, and Id go back. The kitchen seemed like it was run by 3-4 abuelitas--super nice. The place is small, so plan to wait a bit or sit outside. The tables outside weren't the cleanest, but it wasn't a problem. I'll definitely go back if I'm in St. George. The food was good, and the place was filled with locals. We were there on a Tuesday evening and they were slammed/busy during dinner.“

“My wife and I are new to the St. George area and we looked around for a special restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We decided on the Painted Pony and we were so pleased that we did. Everything about the Painted Pony spoke to quality from the greeting we received at the entrance to the very pleasant waiter and most importantly the food was first class as well. We were so pleased that we returned a second time for Christmas eve. Five stars !!“

“If you want a memorable dining experience with great food and a spectacular view, this place is for you. As its name implies, Cliffside sits atop a cliff, with beautiful views of St. George, its bluffs, and the mesas and mountains beyond. The food and staff were as great as the view.“

This is in a complex.Kid-friendliness: There were several families and they were being taken care of and enjoying the meal. They have coloring pages and crayons.“

“I have traveled to more than 40 states in the US and have had many chances to try Thai food. I can guarantee that this place is one of my favorites. I found it by accident on Google on the way back to Colorado. I tried their Thai Fried Rice, just simple Thai fried rice, but it was so delicious. It made me feel like I was having this dish in a Thai street food restaurant. It's so authentic. Other than that, the pad woonsen and fresh rolls are great too. The owner is very friendly. The place is so clean, and I will mark this place as my favorite Thai restaurant for the next time I drive past St. George again.Highly recommended."“

“Had a decent dinner at George's the other night. The vibes were lively, and it was pretty bustling, which probably explains why the service was on the slower side—but nothing too frustrating. Our server was super pleasant though, which made the wait more bearable. The food was mostly hits with a couple of misses. The fries were standout good—I could've eaten a whole bucket! The drinks were solid too, definitely kept us happy while we waited for our mains. The lamb burger was a bit of a letdown, though; it was kind of plain and could have used a bit more flavor or toppings. The sandwiches were alright but could've done with a bit more meat packed in them. On the upside, the prices didn’t make my wallet cry, which is always a plus. Would go back to give it another try, maybe on a less busy night to see if the service speeds up!“

“The best poke I’ve had outside of Hawaii. Super fresh fish, great sauces, flavors and seasoning. Owner was kind and accommodating. Limited indoor seating but most people seem to take to go food. Friday lunch sold out fast (some options sold out by 1). We went a few times and arrived by 12 to make sure our favorites were still available. If we’re in town again we’ll definitely return.“

“Food was really good. ?? Out of the Mexican Food restaurants we tried while visiting, this one was the best. Sad to see they are moving back to Vegas. We're moving to the area and would have liked to keep them around! We'll have to check them out when pushing through Vegas.“

“The staff is always friendly and attentive. They could have a line with people getting antsy and they'll still focus on the customer right in front of them. That's awesome service to me.Parking: This statement goes hand in hand with handicap accessibility. They have parking behind the restaurant and the have handicap parking. Oh and parking on one side of building.Kid-friendliness: They do offer highchairs for the little ones and you can get small portions which I'm sure helps.Wheelchair accessibility: Please read my statement in the parking section.“

“Traveling thru St George and stopped here for dinner. It was hard to choose what to try because there are so so many options (almost a bit too overwhelming). We ended up ordering the shareable loaded bacon cheese fries (can't remember the official name of this plate) and burgers all around. Our server Kayla was really nice and explained the items we asked about, clearly. I will say, they did seem understaffed. Service got a little slow mid way thru but the servers were stretched thin. About the food, every bite was mouth watering. I have no complaints about anything. Our burgers were perfectly cooked. The flavor was just right. Everything was super fresh and filling! I'd come here again for sure.“

“SO GOOD!! Came here for lunch and even with a huge rush our food came out super fast but was cooked to perfection. We got the wonton tacos, noodle bowl with sesame chicken, onion rings, and tiki tacos. You get plenty of sauce and the fries are so good. I loved all the different meats for the wonton tacos and each was super moist and flavorful. No complaints at all“

“Tried this place for dinner and we will be coming back to try more rolls! The selection of sushi is great although you won’t find “typical specialty rolls”, but their creations are really good! I tried the Monica and I almost couldn’t finish it.Our server was super great! It was meant to be because he had the same allergy as my husband so we tried his go-to. We also got the teriyaki chicken and my husband is pretty picky about that dish. We all loved it! Their flavors are just something else in the best way.The only thing is the place is busy so we did have a roll forgotten but we weren’t bothered by it honestly. They were really apologetic and quickly made it and didn’t rush us out the door. Overall, fantastic spot and great service!“

“The absolute go to for a home town diner feel and taste. The cinnamon rolls are out of this world (a lot of their food is). My ONLY complaint is their generic Folgers coffee is terrible! They need to drop Folgers' and find a local brewer.“

“Best Burgers in Town! Thanks to the reviews, had the Yucatan with an egg on top, and the SCONE FRIES were a life changing experience, don’t miss them. The jalapeños and the avocados were amazing and tasted fresh from the garden. Get there before 11:00 because by 11:15 the University crowd and working professionals filled the small parking lot and all the tables ??Parking: Limited and small. “many people conform and are happy with basic and simple. but let me tell you, not me. being raised in a household where food was cooked daily every meal I have high expectations specially when theres a nice price tag. after being discouraged from a previous experience I decided to give this place another try and let me tell you, IT WAS DELICIOUS. I was going to take a picture but I enjoyed my good instead of hip and decided these guys needed an odd but well recommended review. defitniley worth the money, the food and quantity tasted great and more than plenty (still 1 serving for big boys like me) living a block away I will be coming back and maybe even do lunch now and then if their quality stays“

“For Mexican food in St. George, this place wasn’t too bad. They have some of the typical entrees that you might expect at most Mexican restaurants. There is a lot of seating, including outdoor shaded seating. The staff seemed eager to seat us and take our order, which was great. I wouldn’t say it’s the best, but definitely decent dishes to eat. It appeared to be about $15-$20/person based on the menu. I would try this place again.“

“We don't get to Anasazi often, maybe because when we do go we can't stop eating. The cheese fondue, the chocolate for dessert -- for us the entree is often an afterthought. On this trip we started with the gruyere and onion fondue. We love the variety of vegetables and fruit for dipping. We forced ourselves to hold back, retaining an appetite for the salmon, which was prepared beautifully. No dessert this time, though from past experience we know you can't go wrong with chocolate fondue. Oversll, an enjoyable meal.“

“Food was excellent, the pasta is very good and fresh. I would recommend this over the place when you are there you are family. You maybe spend $4more at Chef Alfredo’s than the garden. And totally worth it. It’s just a bit awkward inside, bit dated or maybe hotel restaurant vibe. With that said the food is worth it.“

“The only negative I can say is that the service is so good that all of our food came out so quickly we finished dinner in 30 minutes. We were hoping for an experience that lasted a little longer so we would have liked our food to come out more staggered. But it was all delicious.“

“We used to come here all the time when it was Ahi’s taste of Asia quick service and then after the original owners sold I refused to go. Heard the food wasn’t great. When I heard that their son was taking the place back I knew it could be restored to its original glory! The fave original menu items are back and in some cases even better. The fried rice and sweet and sour for example. The new kung fu fries are must-order either as your meal or to share! We have ordered those every time. Yes they’ve been open for two weeks and we’ve been 3 times already. Service was great too all team members were prompt and friendly. So happy Ahi’s is back!Kid-friendliness: Love the chalk wall for our kid!“

“Swift service and servers are all very friendly and pleasant. We ordered the Shrimp with mixed vegetables and Yu-Shang Chicken. The shrimp dish - very generous amount The chicken dish - it's more like a sweet and spicy for me, ie not hot/spicy enough. But then I do have pretty high tolerant for spicy food.“

“While in St. George, don't forget to stop by Burger Theory. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food of good quality. The location also had plenty of fun pieces of art on the wall adding to the overall experience. The location was seat yourself and within a minute I had been greeted and a water swiftly brought to me. When my server came to take my order I placed my drink and app. The server had to take the ID to scan behind the bar and he mentioned that it was a state rule. Then when the drink arrived I placed my burger order. The food all came out hot and fresh. The waffle fries were crispy and the dipping sauce elevated the dish even more. The menu is not elaborate, but there can be some good finds at Burger Theory located on the first floor of the Holiday Inn.“

“I must say the soup here is excellent. Most of the food is appetizing also and I know the owner personally. I see the reviews and I know why they are sometimes lower with the inaccurate hours and or perceived rude service. I think sometimes you have to know someone's personality before passing such harsh judgement on them. Everyone is different.“

“3 years ago my review only said Consistently delicious! But it seems that under new management the price is up and the quality is down... unfortunately. The house dressing seemed watered down and bland compared to the past, and spicy sauce that they put on the beans and rice had very little flavor as well.“

“This Red Lobster is great but what makes it even better is their server named Leann. Gotta be one of the best servers in all of St. George! She’s very warm, friendly and personable. We always leave full and in great spirits.“

“Solid choice of restaurant. The food was delivered fresh and tasty. The highlight of our meal was the DIRTY GIRL, it's made of the perfect blend of coffee and peanut butter flavors. I would describe it as a milkshake version of a latte. The place was clean and it had a fun ambiance. However, my visit left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to the rather odd interaction we had with the hostess regarding our service dog. While I understand that some establishments have protocols in place regarding service animals, the barrage of questions we faced felt unnecessary and almost accusatory. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly by the hostess, only to be immediately bombarded with inquiries about our service dog. While I appreciate diligence in ensuring compliance with regulations, the sheer number of questions made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were being interrogated or doubted. It's important to note that our service dog is legitimate, and we have never encountered such thorough questioning before. Although I didn't take issue with providing necessary information about our service dog, the manner in which it was done left much to be desired. It felt as though there was a strange agenda behind the interrogation, rather than a genuine concern for compliance. Despite this initial discomfort, I must commend the restaurant on other aspects of our experience. S/o to our Neil-Patrick-Harris-look-a-like service, he was phenomenal! He was extremely welcoming and helpful! Along with other of the servers, they provided us with valuable insights and tips for hiking in the area!“
