“This is an awesome place to go and eat. The atmosphere is very calm and easy to enjoy. The fact that it allows you to choose your type of eating and what food you are in the mood for on the menu, you will have your pricing and the rest is on how you want to make things. I love bbq (hotpot is good, but I love the grill) so I got a lot of brisket and chicken. The kids LOOOOVED the spring rolls, so they got about 6 orders of them 🤭🤷‍♂️ (the owner was very nice and had some fun with our kids). But the best thing about this place is you can come for a calming time or a time of a life time with friends and family. You deserve to give this place a try“

“My wife and I are new to the St. George area and we looked around for a special restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We decided on the Painted Pony and we were so pleased that we did. Everything about the Painted Pony spoke to quality from the greeting we received at the entrance to the very pleasant waiter and most importantly the food was first class as well. We were so pleased that we returned a second time for Christmas eve. Five stars !!“

I didnt feel like anything we ordered was more than just barely spicy even though it was more than halfway up their spice scale. The cheese curds are pretty good too!“

“We’ve been coming here about a year now, the staff is very friendly, only complaint is the temperature of the food. Had a waffle once, butter wouldn’t even melt it was so cold. Today had cold eggs Benedict, husband had cold biscuits n gravy cold scrambled eggs & hard potatoes. Coffee was good though.“

A banh mi wrap takes the pickled carrots and daikon and cilantro flavors and fuses it with the Chipotle burrito feel. Not bad. Well done. The cucumber lime fresca was also a nice touch. “One of the best burgers in Saint George if made right. However, recently as a regular, I've noticed that quality has been inconsistent. You have some people skimping on ingredients and missing ingredients altogether. You pay over 20 dollars for a burger and a side salad- just for it to be botched. Recently with my DoorDash experience being a failure (where I didn't get the desired sauce on the side), I thought for sure going in person would get things right. My side salad was half empty, and my burger was missing the signature sauce on it that makes it taste so good. Usually it is a 20+ dollars well spent, and I think Morty's is an amazing place, but this time it felt like a waste of money.“

“Walked right in for dinner on a Friday night. There was plenty of seating and service was good. We ordered the drunken noodles, mango curry, and basil spring rolls. Overall, the food was very good. The drunken noodles were the highlight of our visit. The mango curry was a little bland. On previous visits, we have tried the red curry (yum) and the pad Thai, which definitely isn't their best dish. Overall, for the cost we enjoyed our meal and would not hesitate to return.“

“Overall, this is a solid Chinese restaurant with pretty good food (most items on the menu), very reasonable prices, and excellent service. The atmosphere is okay, although the exterior of the restaurant could definitely use an update and a little more attention. One thing that gives me additional peace of mind is that their most recent health inspection report, issued in February 2026, was excellent. I think obtaining and reviewing health inspection reports is a great idea when choosing a restaurant, as it provides customers with valuable information about cleanliness and food safety.“

“Durangos is still really yummy, however, I heard that they have new owners and some recipes have definitely changed. I do not understand why someone would purchase something popular and change recipes that people clearly love. The grilled chicken has especially lost flavor. “I must say the soup here is excellent. Most of the food is appetizing also and I know the owner personally. I see the reviews and I know why they are sometimes lower with the inaccurate hours and or perceived rude service. I think sometimes you have to know someone's personality before passing such harsh judgement on them. Everyone is different.“

Felt bad for the waitress as she tried her best but she was too just to give refills on a Saturday night with half the restaurant to wait on. “I believe Cracker Barrel has really upped their game. We have patronized it a few times lately and the portions have gotten quite a bit bigger and most of the food has been great. Sometimes, I might run into something that could have been better, but for the most part, I have been very satisfied with the food and the new portion sizes. We will continue patronizing this place.“
