I have debated leaving this review for several weeks... I am a former server at Vermillion45. The treatment that I received from the head chef/owner were appalling. I was screamed at and belittled in front of a restaurant full of customers over a simple miscommunication. Chef Cecilio is an extremely unprofessional bully. Any time a complaint comes to the kitchen, it is automatically the customer's fault or the servers fault, never the kitchen. Any negative review written about...read full review

I took my family and cousins there for dinner, (6 of us). Worst restaurant food I've ever had. None of us could eat what we ordered. Too pricy and definitely NOT French.
