Vermillion 45 is an incredible restaurant with amazing food and great service. The short rib stew, risotto, and lamb shank are all 5-star dishes, along with fantastic beers and desserts. The steak and fried/mashed potatoes are a must-try, and the pasta dishes are expertly crafted. The beef bourguignon and chocolate mousse are high-quality and authentic. While some may find the entree sizes small, the quality of the food makes up for it. The atmosphere is great, with smooth jazz playing in the background, making for an enjoyable and personal dining experience.
