The food was good, but the wait felt really long. It was definitely over 15 minutes, which is a long time when you’re expecting fast food and trying to get somewhere. Overall, the food was good—just wish the service was a little faster.
Asked for sauce and the guy at the window DELIVERED. Absolute chad.
Amazing meals, quick n fast service

Jack in the Box is a restaurant where the service is often friendly and polite, especially from staff working the late-night and night shifts, who are described as very helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The food is generally liked, with specific items such as mini tacos, some burgers, and the Fiesta chicken bowl noted as tasty and impressive. However, this location frequently runs out of popular items like Egg Rolls and Tacos, which can be frustrating. While prices are not terrible, long wait times are common due to the restaurant usually being busy. There is a notable difference in service quality between shifts; night managers typically get orders correct, whereas day shifts have resulted in incorrect, incomplete, or cold food with poor resolution. Many customers visit very frequently, often late at night after work, primarily for items like shakes.
