“I came in late not knowing it was like five minutes to close. The guy serving me was super nice, very welcoming and professional, assured me it was fine. I can't see the sign well and he helped me pick something. Fantastic person, I hope you know you have a quality staff member here and that you treat him at least as right as he's treated me 12/9/25 - Alex was the one serving me. Be cool to that dude“
“I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for years and they always do a fabulous job. I ordered a delivery order this morning and someone took my order before my driver got to the store. Not only did they remake my order and get it on the road within minutes, but the sweet baristas included a free brownie and a sweet note apologizing. I’ve been going through an incredibly hard time and getting that treat put a smile on my face. Thank you to the baristas for being such kind, incredible people. You’re making a difference!“
“Stopped on my way to school just on Tuesday at 5pm, I was already THAT customer who was paying with quarters and felt terrible about it, the guy at the window was super nice about it, then after making my drink (correctly after I made some alterations to it), he said they had an extra iced lemon loaf and asked if I wanted it, I’d never tried it but it was DELICIOUS. And I know writing something positive on the cups is common, but the cup said “enjoy” in cursive, so all that made my day, and I was so in a rush I didn’t even look to see what his name was. Which I feel pretty terrible about. Meant to write this review ON the same day, but life was busy and hectic.
Anyways, great service, great food, always amazing drink, overall 10/10
