It's the worst river cafe in all of Utah. The customer service is horrible, they don't treat anyone well and they always serve bad food. The same thing has happened to me in this place more than 6 times. They should change all the staff and put in people who really want to work and do things well.
The app doesn't add points when you order with the app. Huh? Who wrote this thing! It's the only food app that in order to get my points I have to wait at the counter and ask if I could have the full receipt with the barcode. I've been doing this for over 2 years now. This last time I was waiting for over 20 minutes from the time I asked till the time they gave me the receipt. They simply didn't care. This location in Midvale needs a manager. I am so completely disgusted. I paid $50 for 3 salads. I waited 30 minutes "out front" for them after ordering at the drive through. The salads were disgusting. Meat had gristle and veins in it, the lettuce was not chopped, everything was a disgusting mess. Freakin just got ripped off!!!
