Easily the worst cafe Rio location I have been to - I don’t say that lightly, as I love cafe Rio. Kiosks are generally meant to streamline the work flow however this seemed to cause nothing but problems for this location. Food was prepared slowly and then put on a shelf outside of arms reach from customers whose names were being called. I had to walk up and ask for my food and drink and was met with confusion, as if I were bothering them.

They should update their hours online. Store must actually close at 9 or 9:30PM (unlike the 10PM listed online). Tonight came around at 9:30PM and everything was locked up, multiple customers were confused outside. The employee standing in the lobby just shrugged and stayed behind the locked door on their phone.
The food was great even though they aren't a full Cafe Rio. The food, (my salad) may have been better than the full blown Cafe Rio's.
