I normally love Waffle Love but this was BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I placed my order and they said it would be an hour, okay I'll wait. When I arrived to pick up my order after the full hour it isn't ready. I waited 30 more mins now in the store, still not ready. Staff is exceptionally rude. I don't know that I'll be back any time soon and really wish they'd let me cancel this order. All that they just keep saying is I don't know what to tell you, we got busy. First time I visited they ran out of waffles. Second time the staff was surprisingly rude. Ruin my breakfast with my daughter. Very disappointing.
