“The food was so good but it was STUPID expensive. They do not provide anywhere near the atmosphere to accommodate the price. The girl who took our order was so rude. I asked if I could split my payment cash/card and she said it was a hassle. ok.. slight problem but, no tip. Then, while waiting for my order, she and her boyfriend start making out and talking about smoking grass and ignored the next couple waiting to order for like five minutes. She then started smack talking the chef of color who was so nice and cooked excellent food. Two burgers, an 8oz clammy clam chowder and two shakes on top of that experience made my pockets feel so dry at 36$. Wish I would've gone on a movie date instead with my extra change...“

“Looking for something light and vegetarian, I ordered the Som Tam or green papaya salad. It comes with plenty of greens and rice, which made it almost like a meal. Instead of crished peanuts, they use cashews, which is a nice twist. However, no green beans which I've had elsewhere. As a cashew fan, they brought me extra cashews on request. Very polite service, clean and airy atmosphere.“

“Hadn’t been to the tree room in 10 years. Even though it’s so close it just kind of slipped under the radar. Returned last week for my wife’s birthday and we are already planning our next trip back. For my money it’s the best restaurant in Utah Valley and one of the top restaurants in Utah. Laidback but attentive and professional service. An accessible menu that felt comfortable for my 14 and 12 year olds but also with enough inventive choices that it was enjoyable for my wife and I. Great drink menu. The meal was perfectly coursed so the time seemed to disappear. Atmosphere, of course, was homey and comfortable- exactly what you’d want.“

“From the moment they checked our coats we were treated like family. It was an unforgettable experience. The soft lighting, the plush seating, and the attentive staff all created a sense of luxury and sophistication. We started with the Oysters which were beautifully presented. For my main course, I had the Seabass, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, served with snap peas and lentils. My husband had the wild game trio which included Buffalo, Venison, and Elk. Cooked medium rare and the perfect portion size. Our 12 year old had the 7 Oz Center Cut Filet and it was honestly the best we had ever eaten as far as flavor and tenderness. We finished our meals with the Molten Lava Cake, Tiramisu, and Pudding which was the perfect way to end a perfect meal. It was light and airy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Riverhorse on Main. The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience.“

“A very nice dining experience. The tea-smoked baby carrots were an intriguing appetizer we shared and a nice start. I had the beef tenderloin with potatoes and grilled asparagus. My partner had the elk tenderloin- i had a taste and it was extremely good. The farro / broccolini accompanied it and was a nice change from more familiar sides. Shared the chocolate mousse and a glass of port each. Carol , our server, provided friendly, seamless service. A meal to be remembered.“

The lamb chops were the best I had in town. Far better than some other swanky places nearby.

We sat at the best table in the house upstairs near the back overlooking the patio.

The food and vibe were great, but honestly the highlight was our server, Zach. Super attentive and fun to talk with. He even chatted with us about our trip out here from Texas. Food and ambience matter, but good service really makes the experience, and Zach definitely went the extra mile!“

“It is a very unique 4 course dining experience where you go room to room, fire place to fire place choosing your appetizers, soups, salads, your meats and veggies and finally your deserts and it’s all you can eat. It was definitely on the pricey side but I thought it was well worth it. Everything was delicious especially the main course (Leg of Lamb and the Prime Rib) both was the best I’ve ever had and the desert was amazing. You will not leave here hungry and my entire family enjoyed everything and the location and views are breath taking.“

We have been regular customers for two years, every week, every 3 days, my husband, my 2-year-old child and I go there (not a single incident has happened!!!!!!!!!!) I am pregnant for the second time, I went there all two pregnancies and will go with my family!!!! I recommend this restaurant, 5 stars out of five, a nice and cozy and calm place, cheerful waitresses, they always cheer me up, my daughter adores these people, I repeat, I ate here all two pregnancies, and everything is wonderful! “Went tonight at 6pm. Out of bread lol.Didnt have Moscato wine or Southern Comfort. Daughter ordered Caesar salad and literally got 6 pieces of lettuce. Have no idea how it rated #1. 480 dollars. By the time we left they were outnof 4 more entrees“

“Very nice for taking a break skiing. The turkey chili was amazing and great employees. I wish they had a restroom on the main floor instead of going to the basement with ski boots, but it was great. Pricey, but that was to be expected. For 4 of us to eat lunch it was over $100.“

We made the mistake of not reading the preparation instructions to leave the pizzas out of the fridge for an hour before baking so we ended up eating an hour later than planned - but the wait was worth it. They were delicious and had the perfect ratio of all the various ingredients.“
