“Awesome value, great food! The husband does the cooking, and the wife does the serving! My favorite is the coconut shrimp. Is it fancy? No, so don't expect it to be. But they are honest hardworking people raising a family (sometimes you'll see their kids running around if its after school hours). We've been coming here for years and China Wok is a historical part of this community and we're glad its here. Thanks guys!“

“I visited one evening with a party of 8 and we were warmly welcomed, quickly seated, and quickly served despite having such a large party! I was amazed by this incredible table service and our server was so pleasant and had a great sense of humor. I'm honestly not a huge fan of live music in restaurants because they're always so loud, but the live musician here was the perfect volume and was actually really good, so I couldn't be mad about it. As for the food, I love Curry Pizza in West Jordan and this location is just as good. Their pizza is always so flavorful and the bread is always cooked perfectly. We also ordered some cheese naan and sweet naan and those were also amazing. (I'm kind of obsessed with sweet naan now.) I had an amazing meal and I can't wait to go again next time I'm in SoJo.“

“I've been coming to Apollo for 25 year's. Never once have I had a bad experience. The food is always hot, an fresh. The workers tend to work there for year's. I'm guessing they probably get taken care of by the owner. You're missing out if you don't try it for yourself.“

“Alvin is a great server. Kept our drinks refilled and even got servers to come when they had meat we preferred. Staff were great too-Deagan was especially amazing. We kept our signal on green the whole time and had new meat every couple of minutes. Pretty good price for all you can eat-only like $35 a person. Restaurant was clean and happy too. “My dad's choice for his birthday dinner. He's a burger man, and this place didn't disappoint. We got the Paniolo, Spencer, Teriyaki and and Max burgers, and they all quickly disappeared. “Update:I have deducted one star unfortunately for bad service. I hurt my back and it's very difficult to get out. The girl refused to bring the food out to the curbside. The burger and fries I ate here today were unbelievably delicious with a perfect amount of texture, flavor, and variety. The Johnny burger was incredible, but I might have paid the $9-11 for just the gourmet brioche bun because even that was so tasty. The “fries” were just as amazing, and were more like scoop shaped wedges with just the right amount of crisp and softness along with herb fry sauce. The price is worth it although I would go more often if it were a bit lower priced!“

I don’t think our drinks were empty for longer than ten seconds before we were brought a replacement. They were also very thoughtful for when they delivered our food. Since coming to America, I've been disappointed by the many imitations far from real ramen, but this ramen Shop is quite decent. Felt a little stuffy as we waited and other clients were leaving. The staff were great overall. The large windows provided the lighting in the room which made the place more homey. Cozy and great restaurant. Worth the wait. (Our wait time was 20 min so not bad at all) If I ever come back to Utah this is the first place im going to!“

“As far as chinese buffets go this one is one of the better ones. It's clean and it has some amazing sushi. The hot foods are mediocre but it has a nice salad bar and Mongolian grill. The only negative is how long it takes to get seated. The line moves very slow even with tables available.“

“We normally get sushi up to go, quite frankly because the atmosphere is very dark inside.Their online ordering system Seems a little ridiculous, they charge you for ordering online, but they will not let you order over the phone. I would tip more if there wasn't an online order fee. the sushi itself is pretty good. There are times that it is made way better than other times. So consistency is down. They've also messed up our orders a few times substituting our Vegas with a vegetarian“

If you leave you're no cap fired!" So as any sane person would, I sacrificed financial stability for some Kalua Pork. When I got to God's gift to mankind; my senses were tingling. So soon would I be indulging in some frickin Mac Salad. I ordered my usual. God's servant loaded my tray up with some lettuce, Mac Salad, and rice. He then put an awesome portion of Kalua Pork. But the he frowned. Why did he have to frown..? He looked at me, then the plate. He then took half of my savory pork and put it back into the heating tray. I was mortified. My mental shattered. I was utterly destroyed. But I only smiled. He cut me up some Katsu Chicken, checked me out, and sent me on my way. I drove home, white knuckling the steering wheel. Teeth clenched. Seething. When I got home I kicked my cat out of the way so I could finally sit down and monch. It was immaculate, but I couldn't help but crying when I ate my 2 bites of Kalua Pork. Later that day my wife got home and asked me how my day was. I looked at her, and right then I relived the horrors that had occured previously that day. I snapped. I saw red. I don't know what happened that day but I haven't seen my wife since... Mo' Bettas ruined my life. But I still return. Every. Single. Day.“

“Wonderful! First time there, primarily for the Mariachi performing group (Tuesdays 6-8). They were fantastic! It can be a little loud, but heh... they performed their first number for the entire restaurant, then proceeded to go around to the different tables and, if requested, perform a special number for the people at that table or booth. We found the food to be quite good as well. Service was perfectly fine. It can be difficult to hold conversations while they are singing, so next time, we might get there at maybe 530, enjoy our food and chat, and then enjoy the performing group for however long we like. Highly recommend this place for the excellent food and for the Mariachi band on Tuesday evenings.“

The quality of beef especially was excellent, the marinades and sauces were so delicious, and we loved the kimchi and tteokbokki as well!
