“Iceberg is a Salt Lake City STAPLE, and for good reason — their impressive shake menu is designed for any and every flavor palate. There is a flavor for everyone (including seasonals like pumpkin spice or peppermint).

The fries, burgers, and chicken are good, but they play second fiddle to the ice cream. The service is friendly, and everything is made-to-order (so be prepared for a few minutes wait).

The ambiance of this drive-thru/outdoor seating fast casual joint is a blast to the past: it looks and feels the same way as it did when my parents went in the 80’s and my grandparents in the 60’s. That’s right — this place has been around for nearly 65 years, and if that’s not a testament to its cultural and culinary impact on Salt Lake, then I’m not sure what is.“

“I came in to apply for a job and T the manager on duty was so friendly , prompt with all her customers, she took my application and was so truthful upfront. I liked her attitude and frontness …. “We always enjoy Applebee's. We got there before the dinner rush and was seated right away. Our server was great. We ordered the chicken wanton tacos and pretzel sticks for appetizers. My husband had a burger & fries, I had salmon with mac & cheese. Everything was great, expert the mac & cheese. It had little to no cheese and no flavor. Next time I'll stick with the mashed potatoes.“

“These are some of the absolute best burgers in Utah. We got the garlic burger and the Supersmash burger this time. The fry sauce and hickory sauce are to die for as well - I’m a sauce person. The flavor and quality here are unmatched. I’ve come here off and on for the last 3-4 years, and every time I’m impressed and surprised it’s just as good every time.

The food does take a long time to come out, but I believe it’s cause the food is cooked fresh. The fries are good, but not anything out of this world.

“We had a very good experience here. The food was delicious, and I want to try some of their other options. The dining area was clean as were the restroom. Lots of parking available, it's too bad you have to walk through or around the drive-up line from the parking to get to the front door the only entrace. Pricer were similar to some other local burger places.“

I told her I didn’t want anything, I just wanted to be heard and to let those workers know how their customer service needs to be improved. She offered us the gift card to “make things right”. “I just got in from Texas. I was hungry so I looked up some restaurants close to the Hotel. this place came up. I walked in and saw the menu and they have a little bit of everything to choose from. I got the double bacon cheeseburger onion rings and a large drink. It looks and tastes amazing. There was the perfect amount of bacon on it the onion rings were perfect. And the service was amazing. Burger 7/10. The patty didn't seem that great. I'd heard rave reviews, but I've had plenty of better burgers in SLC. They say they're made from scratch daily but to me it seemed like a flavor-lacking frozen patty. Surely it wasn't. Maybe just a bad day. And maybe they use extra lean meat which means less fat and flavor. Not sure.

“This was an excellent experience, through and through. The owner came out and welcomed us in because we were a little lost, and showed us how to get to the menu. The chef came out as well and said howdy to our group. The location shares space with some other businesses, don't be scared just walk in. I got the chicken tenders and was so pleasantly surprised to be given hand breaded, deliciously spiced, excellent chicken. Their dank sauce is amazing, highly recommend it. They also have a dish called Buff Tots, which is the same hand breaded chicken tenders, with perfectly fried tots, shaved parmesan, all smothered in Buffalo Sauce. It was fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.“
