“The Koa Soi is unbelievably good. The flavors of their dishes are next level. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: I’m a pescatarian and they have great options!Kid-friendliness: We’ve brought our toddler both times, and the environment is hip and welcoming.“
“The cooks are amazing! You will be amazed that in such a small space such culinary skills and traditional Thai flavors are created and served in such a high standard. I am so happy that we found this hidden gem and are able to have these wonderful talented kind people exist close to our company!!!!!! Wish they were open 24/7!!!!!!“
“My favorite Thai place in the valley. Dow, the owner, is the sweetest and the staff rocks. The food is just beyond amazing. I take everyone here and go like 2-3 times a month ? I always get the pad Thai or yellow curry. The Siam orchid salmon is really good too, and the mango rice is addictive !“
“Oh my goodness the food is awesome! The garlic chicken is flipping delicious, and the yellow curry is so wonderful! I came here with some coworkers and I'm glad I did because the food is amazing, the staff is so nice and helpful. They were always smiling and kind. I do wish it was a bigger place, but the inside feels like a cozy little house.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options if you wish.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free if you desire.“
“Authentic, incredible tasting Thai food. As good as it gets. Aranya hits all the marks, the flavors are fresh, spice is perfect and dishes cooked to perfection. Their service is personable and caring. Out of the many Thai options downtown, this one stands well above the rest.“
“This Curry is ridiculously ridiculous, meaning way too darn good to be real.Update 2024: this place is still probably my favorite Thai place. They have these new curry puffs that are basically just meat pies (like the delicious ones you find in New Zealand and Europe haha). They saw our toddler didn't eat much so they brought us out a fruit plate for free. These people are top tier people. Highly recommend this place!“

The spices were like bursting in my mouth with so much flavor and that crunchy crunch is so delicouse! Loved it!***Update my 30th visit with my husband. I got the kao soi with chicken level one. With carrots. And it was INCREDIBLE! IT was better than any time I've ever tried it. That or I've discovered a new love.. I might be leaving the yellow curry behind. The Kao Soi is a little more spicey.. you should spice down. Till you figure put the spice level. But I think I have discovered my new fave dish at Thai Time. Kao Soi .. mmm love the fried crunchy wontons on the creamy noodles slurping into your mouth. My husband got the pad See ew with beef. It was excellent. It's so HOT. Your food will never be cold. His dish was sweet but salty too.. the broccoli makes that dish perfect. Even bringing our food home and we live close we still have to wait for our food to cool off.“
“Let me by saying that The service here was above and beyond. That's to say nothing of the incredible food. Chicken Massaman was outstanding. Chicken lollipops are incredible. Please eat these. First time eating here based on reviews and didn't disappoint. Will be back again and again.“
“Both fast, great quality, and nice people. You order at the counter, and they bring the food to your table. I wasn't sure what to get, so I got the aptly named "I Don't Know" which turned out great. The Red Curry was also good and spicy, though there could have been more flavor in the sauce.“
“We have eaten here a few times now and Everytime has been amazing. The food always tastes so fresh and has such great flovor. The staff is awesome and their Thai tea and Thai iced coffees are awesome and a good size as well. Both dine in and delivery are great.“
“I have been dining at My Thai for several years and have never been disappointed. The food is consistently good. The Fresh Spring Rolls are some of the best I have ever had. The dining area is sparse and very basic, tables and chairs. Service has always been good. If you are in the area it is worth a stop.“
“My friend had recommended me to try this place for a fat while. I was finally passing by one night and tried their pineapple fried rice. Let me tell you, it was fire. I really want to come back to try something else asap. My boyfriend also loved it!“
“I've eaten at most of the Thai restaurants in the valley and this one has the best food! The food is authentic and not too sweet, like a lot of other thai restaurants. They're also so great about accommodating my gluten allergy. Their drunken noodles are delicious. I eat here once a week and haven't had any reactions. I love this restaurant and I want them to stay open forever.Dietary restrictions: They're very easy to work with for a gluten allergy.“
“We are out of town and had a craving for Thai Food. We choose the lunch special for $11.99. It included soup, appetizers and main dish. The food was ok. I have to agree with some of the reviews here: the cook added to much salt and sugar for our taste.“
“Got the Curry Noodles w chicken, they were delicious. The chicken was cut very thin and it wasn't great but wasn't bad. A lot of flavors and texture in that dish. The fresh spring rolls were good, the wrappers were a little firmer than other places but still good. My husband and daughter got chicken pad Thai and both said it was delicious. We walked in and ordered takeout, service was excellent and we didn't have a long wait. Inside was very clean and bright.“
“Thai Cafe is consistently spotless clean, and always serves delicious food. Each dish has its own distinctive flavor and no two dishes are alike. Each dish is cooked to order with fresh ingredients. The service is impecable and the server is friendly and attentive. After trying several Thai restaurants in the Salt Lake area, I am delighted to write that we finally have come home!Parking: You can park in front of the restaurant .“
“Chopfuku is the best sushi in town hands down! Don’t go to those half off sushi places when Chopfuku’s quality and service stands out among the rest! You won’t regret trying this sushi that’s fresh! The flavor of every roll is unique authentic bold taste will linger in your mouth for days!“
“Hold your breath, close your eyes...Imagine a place where you can get Thai food that makes you weep tears of joy. The curry sings to your soul, and the noodles glisten in the light as they dance on the plate. Open your eyes now, and you're in Tuk Tuk's. This place offers an amazing variety of REALLY good food that will make you pause and think, "what have I done in my insignificant life to deserve this glorious food?!"Go there, go ahead, try anything you want, and it'll be amazing. You don't even have to eat! Just walk in if you want and breath deeply in the spicy and flavorful aroma. I had the Thai coffee and massaman curry, and it was divine. I also shared an appetizer of egg rolls that were fantastic! So what are you waiting for? Why are you sitting here reading this review? Get over to Tuk Tuk's, give the waiter a hug, and prepare your body for Thai Heaven!“
“As a southeast Asian person who loves spicy food and can handle extreme heat, I was very disgusted and incredibly angered/annoyed when the white server thought it was within her right do deny the level 5 spice for my papaya salad, claiming that she " cannot serve it, unless you have eaten our level 3and 4" and even going as far as saying that it was their store policy not to serve customers level 5. She then proceeded to give me attitude as she served the salad which was not spicy at all, and had the nerve to charge an extra $2 for one pinch of chili powder which barely enhanced the dish for me.Besides that, the restaurant was quite decent and the dishes were of good quality and proportion. Love supporting local Asian businesses and I hope that they can find better wait staff who are less obnoxious colonizers. (overheard it was her last day so good riddance!)“
“So glad we found this great restaurant!Food is very, very good. Good price, amazing staff, huge portions and quick serve.I highly recommend the spring rolls, egg rolls, dumplings and to try both Pad Thai with Crispy Chicken and the Fried Rice with Crispy Chicken. It’s nice to get it all and share with friends.Their Thai Tea is also very, very good!“
“Authentic tasting foodPad Thai (4/5) very saucy, needs a little more char on the noodlesChili wings (4/5) crispy and good sweet chili dipping sauceYellow curry (5/5) nearly perfect creamy spicyThai tea 3/5 too sweetGreat ServiceGreat prices!“
“Excellent! Flavor and attentionWe ordered Thai fried rice and pad see ew (if I remember correctly)The rice had a smoky flavor and the onions gave it a special touch, delicious! And the noodles not to mention! They were glory! The only bad thing about it is that the food was going to run out at some point ? but we will definitely return!“
“This is a Sushi and a Thai restaurant. We love Thai food and we wanted to try this out. Food is great and tasty. Mango sticky rice desert is our favorite here. That said ambience is okay and mainly pricing is a bit higher than the quantity they give when you compare it with other Thai restaurants around. Service was great though it's a bit slower.“
“A very adorable place with a cute atmosphere. It is very clean every time I have visited. They have great food, some of the best Thai in the city. Super quick service!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for gluten free with lots of options!“
“Enjoyed this establishment with a very large smile because the food is absolutely on point with tastefully seasoned fresh and made from experience food with a foundation of a professional attitude and demeanor from all involved , in addition to the timely efforts of those who have delivered .. 5 stars hands down .. well “
“I was promptly greeted by friendly staff. The meat was super fresh as was the guacamole. The broccoli was amazing. The jalapeños and carrots were fresh and so was the cilantro. The steak was super flavorful and I am incredibly satisfied for the quality and flavour of food for the price point.“
“Located in downtown SLC, this casual dine in restaurant offers self service. You order at the counter off the simple menu that offers combo plates which includes rice and appetizer. The portion size is huge as they overfill the to go box, and the flavor of their curry it's so tasty with the right amount of spice to give a kick. Best of all is their pricing that's so affordable. If you're looking for a quick bite with no frills & want authentic tasting Thai food, come here!“
“This place seriously has the best food in town and the best prices 14 bucks and I’m stuffed! Also try that green curry ? Kid-friendliness: Bumble bee transformers is in the front looks so cool and pretty open incase you have a runaway easy to grab lolWheelchair accessibility: They have single tables in the center great for a wheel chair to pull up to also decent hight if your worried about that.“
“Highly recommended. Great place for Thai food with a dedicated section for Vegans and Vegetarians. A good number of choices. Everything tasted absolutely amazing and the staff was wonderful with their service. Will be definitely returning to try out remaining options and reorder the ones already tried.“
“As a vegan I can't give five stars because there is a lot of meat on the menu, but there are still lots of veggie and tofu options (as with most Thai places). Where this place supercedes is atmosphere! Top prize! It seems so many Thai restaurants are mostly bare walls, minimal decor, fluorescent lighting, and basic tables and chairs. This place is on the complete opposite end of the spectrum! Go just to see the place. It's small but amazing! My masaman curry was delicious, the fresh wraps were tasty (although they use basil instead of mint) and the sticky rice with mangoes was yummy!Vegetarian options: Most main entrées are available with veggie and/or tofu options.“
“The best Thai food I have had in a while and my mom was impressed too and it’s hard to impress her with her chicken pad Thai and is nice and quite nice and cleanParking: Pretty empty area for a mall parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible and it has a ramp outside of the building to get to the front door“
“They have the best curry in SLC. I seriously can’t get enough and it’s always a hit! I usually opt for the massaman curry but they’re all good- especially the seasonal ones, like pumpkin. I usually order to pick up but occasionally eat in (I feel like their to-go orders have a lot more soup/cream in the curry than ordering to-stay, so I usually prefer “to-go”.)“
“Fav Bistro is a wonderful place to dine. The flavour in their dishes is unmatched in my experience around this area. It is my favourite place to eat and nervous times I have gone up for take out as I want to relax at home with a good meal. Great job in creating such wonderful dishes.“
“We have been here before and decided to get take-out because it is close to us. We got the Thai pumpkin curry, the pad Thai, the appetizer sampler, and Thai iced teas. The food was very good and really well-spiced. The entrees were delicious; the appetizers were just okay. Portions were big enough for leftovers tomorrow.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available“
“Service, cleanliness, and atmosphere was awesome. The food is Amazing! Highly recommend the spring rolls. You get 4, they are large so you can share with the table. There is a surprising herb they add that I won't ruin the surprise, but it is fantastic from the first bite! I had the panang and it was perfect. The spice is mild to medium you can ask for spicier if you like. Heat scale about a 3 of 10. Also recommend the Thai Tea, cold of course. This is a drink with sweet milk and tea so don't add sugar until you taste it. One sip and you will crave it the rest of your life! Very convenient across the parking lot to the Hilton Garden Inn.“
“I was very impressed with Sawadee’s service, they got us in right when we walked in. The food came out faster than I expected and the portions really made the price more than worth it. The servicer was very attentive and while we were wrapping up there was a man on top of it, grabbing us to go sauces and extra utensils when we needed them. I’ve been searching for a favorite Thai restaurant in slc and I’m quite pleased with my experience! Highly recommended the tempura vegetables and Pad Thai.“
“This isn't a big place, and it's not formal at all, but the food is really good, and the lady running the place was very friendly and helpful. We had yellow curry and penang, and both were really good. Spicy without being overwhelmingly so. The egg rolls are excellent. Neither one of us could finish our meals: the portion size is really good. I'd go back there.“
“My father in law suggested we check this place out. We were in the area so we decided to try it. You can only order take out, which is fine. The food took maybe 15 minutes, but it came out piping hot and fresh. We ordered green curry and Pad Gra Prow. Both were good, the Pad Gra Prow though was one of the best Thai dishes I’ve ever tried. It was flavorful and smoky, I’d definitely would come back just for that dish, it was reasonably priced as well. So so so good!!“
“We love Ekamai. Very friendly for gluten-free eating - we love that they are so fluent in this and can make almost anything on the menu gf. In addition, the staff is friendly, the service is great, the food is good, the portions and prices are very good. It's casual - nothing fancy, but a nice place to eat. In addition there is an outdoor patio & they even let our dog sit with us during dinner on the patio one evening. We're pretty loyal to Ekamai for Thai food in Salt Lake.“
“My daughter and I ate at J Wongs on our final day in Salt Lake City. This place is very good! This was our first experience with a robot food delivery server!! Very cool technology and it made for a memorable experience! The food was very good and the portions were very generous. I had the Drunken Noodles and my daughter had the sesame chicken. Both were excellent and service was spot on! Skip the egg rolls, they were dry and not great. Regardless, We will be back!!“
“Somehow I totally forgot to take photos of the food we ordered and just devoured everything! I came here for dinner with a friend and this place is an absolute hit. I recommend their Pad Thai and Koa Gai, curry dumplings and of course the mango sticky rice. The dishes are full of flavors, hot and delicious. This place is the runner-up for best Thai food of the entire Salt Lake valley. The Pad Thai has that signature taste, with the loads of veggies (and crushed peanuts). Mango sticky rice is something you just have to try at a Thai restaurant. The curry sauce on dumplings is good, but I think the dumpling itself could gave been better. They were busy on a Tuesday night (definitely a good sign), and the entire restaurant and decor give off very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Parking on the other hand is tricky. I missed the turn into their parking lot because they are located right after an intersection and there is no big sign or anything outside to tell you that you have arrived. The exterior appears to be very secluded and almost as-if hidden. Regardless, I definitely recommend this restaurant for good Thai food! I would love to come here again with my family.“
“I’ve been wanting to give this place a try and I am happy I was able to yesterday. Service was great. The decor and ambience was colorful and fun. The food was super tasty. Be mindful of spice levels. Mild was pretty spicy. I really enjoyed the drunken noodles. The egg rolls and tempura were delicious. I will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate most things.Parking: Parking lot is decent. Street parking is available.Kid-friendliness: Make sure to ask for no spice as mild is still hot.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and table are accessible.“
“I got yellow curry chicken. It was sooo good...I think the best I've ever had! I brought leftovers home but just kept nibbling it because it was so good. This is a small spot with only 4-5 tables inside. They did have have people coming in & out for pick-up.“
