Absolutely awesome, authentic Thai food! We went for an early dinner after visiting Canyonlands. My wife is Celiac and must eat gluten free...she had the Green Curry and it was outstanding! My Panang Curry was delicious, as was my daughter's Drunken Noodles and son's Chicken Verde (pasta with green curry). Service was terrific, friendly and knowledgeable. It was so good, we went back the next night after visiting Arches National Park and sat outside in their adorable courtyard!...read full review

After being on the road for over a week I was in desperate need of some fresh cooked veggies. Arches Thai was the perfect restaurant to chow down after hiking in Canyonlands Park. Good selection of a variety of Thai dishes and the flavor was exquisite.
