“Cozy little cafe on the same property as the Moab Springs Ranch. I got a match latte every time I visited the cafe. They have a few different options for non-dairy milk.
The staff is friendly.
The walls are adorned with art work of local artists!“
“This spot has a scaled down gear store in the lobby offering items for hikers, bikers, and even has a knot tying area for new climbers to practice their technique before heading to the crag. 2 vegan breakfast items available, and the clerk even made me one after 11 am! (cut off time)“

“We arrived just before 3pm closing and they were very welcoming, we tried the South African menu and it was delicious, the service was great and prompt and the owner came out to chat with us . Very friendly and fun and we will definitely recommend the restaurant.“

“This place is amazing! If you’re staying at the Gonzo Inn, and you select the breakfast package- you each get $14 towards breakfast every morning and I cannot think of a better way to start the morning than in cafe Italiano. The CUTEST lady works at the front taking your orders, so friendly, very welcoming vibes. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town!“
