“Great small town diner with delicious burgers and shakes. Malibu chicken was moist and flavorful. Others in our group really liked the pastrami burgers. The fries are battered and cooked perfect. Good atmosphere, nothing remarkable, but it's nice and clean. Very friendly employees.“

“In Mt Pleasant while on vacation. We’ve stopped at Roger’s Dairy Queen twice (would be many more times if we had stayed longer). We had delicious banana splits on our first visit. Oh, my! They were amazing and the service was so good.

We ate outside because we had our dog with us. The servers brought our dog’s ice cream cone out first and then our ice cream. Such nice people!

Today, on the eve before we leave the quaint town, we had their Turkey, mash potato, and stuffing platter. It was sublime. My wife prides herself on her Thanksgiving feast. And it is unparalleled, but Roger’s was fantastic. We ordered takeout. We sat and ate in near silence. The moans and groans that accompany a delicious meal were the primary silence breakers. The turkey was moist and tasty. The mashed potatoes and gravy were fresh and wonderful. The dressing had a little pep to it and brightened each bite. A sumptuous fresh salad came with the meal as well as a small container of cranberry sauce.

If you are in Mt Pleasant make sure you stop at Roger’s Dairy Freeze for an ice cream treat or for an unforgettable meal. It has been a town treasure since 1954!
