“Very good chicken. It was tender and juicy and very spicy haha. The fries seasoned a cajun style is pretty good and well seasoned. Only complaint I have is how uneven putting the spices on the chicken. you have some bare naked and some extremely coated. So each nugget is inconsistent. 18$ for 15 nuggets and fries + drink is pretty decent but could be worse. Less fries than what im used to for fast food but lots of chicken is great!

Place was little dirty and it was not busy but bathroom was pretty spotless. Ill probably get a medium next time since i found spicy to be too intense for my silly taste buds.“

“I did not like fried chicken. It almost always felt greasy and normally doesn’t taste as good as it sounds in the moment. Houston’s hot chicken has NEVER disappointed. Damion has helped both me and my friends on more than one occasion along with an employee named Jaxson. The customer service is peak as everyone is so welcoming. Theirs is the best dry rub I’ve had as the chicken has never been dry, their house sauce is delicious, and their fries are the right level of crisp. HHC has quickly become my go to place for chicken. If anyone is looking for a great chicken place Houston’s Hot Chicken is where you need to go.“

“My favorite chicken place by far. I always order the chicken and waffles with buffalo sauce- it's the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The house fries and fry sauce are chefs kiss. Make sure to request ranch- it's delicious with the fries and the chicken. The music and atmosphere is a vibe. PS you can get amazing deals if you have the rewards app. You get a different reward monthly and you get points for every dollar spent. Today i got the chicken and waffle combo for 10 dollars with my reward. Can't beat that.“

“The male manager on duty tonight at the University Oaks location in Round Rock TX was a wonderful representation of how a manager should run their store. I placed a mobile order on the app and added the breast cancer awareness bear. When I got there, he informed me that the bear has been sold out for a while now and he would let IT know since it was still being offered on the app. He tried to refund the money for the bear, but he said the system wouldn’t let him process it, so he refunded my entire order and gave me 3 Halloween cups for the inconvenience. That truly made my night and a wonderful start to the week. Thank you! 😊“

They all consistently taste good. Try them where ever you find them. It was a pleasnt suprise to find it in Salt Lake City.“

The service was great. I did see an employee pick up a chicken tender from the counter and put it back in a customer's order. He did pick it up with a napkin but gross. I would have asked for a different tender.
It was WAY to loud in there with the music.

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

Parking: In both locations there are other big stores as well, so you can find parking, it just might not always be close. The Drive-Thru moves very quickly also!

Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old (twin)grandchildren love going in!! They always get a treat or surprise ?

Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair for 6 months about 4 years ago and I had no problems at all.“

We order catering from them all the time and its always perfect and theyve even helped us bring it up to our floor when we didnt being enough carts. This morning we ordered late and the time we needed wasnt available, i went down to ask if it was possible to pick it up earlier and they were more than happy to help! “Not going to lie, my first trip had dry chicken. My third trip, they forgot my salsa and guacamole. But I keep going back because the food is soo good! This trip, my family and I got the 8 piece mixed with macaroni, mashed potatoes and beans. All the food was HOT! All the food was FRESH! Juicy chicken, sweet and savory mashed potatoes and gravy, perfectly seasoned beans. The macaroni wasn't mushy and overcooked like some of the other "chicken" guys; It was fresh and cheesy. Overall the establishment gets 5 Stars. Any negative experience would have been human error and not the fault of the company. We are all human and make mistakes so all is forgiven because yall be Makin some delicious food!“

“I was very pleasantly surprised that This place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I believe she was one of the managers, I came on a Sunday for lunch, she spoke both Spanish and English and she helped everyone with a smile. The restaurant was very clean and when I went into the restroom I was very shocked to find a fast food restaurant with very clean restrooms. Food was the usual, nothing wow but nothing bad either. I would definitely come back.“
