I just ate there. The staff is excellent & super nice. Here's my issue: I've been a fan for over 20 years in their various locations/namesakes, so this is not about your store exactly. It seems the bagels are smaller and my schmear was runny....even on a hot bagel, my cream cheese shouldn't be dripping from my bagel. Is the company trying to stretch out quality of product for profit? They're just going to lose money because fans like me just won't go as often, if at all anymore....read full review
The bagels are yummy. But, their beverage selection offers no choice other than water to avoid added sugars or artificial sweetners. They used to have several options available.
Please go back to a variety of hot tea flavors and unsweetened ice tea.
