I have been coming here for a few weeks now and have received nothing but excellent costumer service. You can this she cares about her job and her costumers. Hell, I showed up at my normal time today and she had my coffee already ready for me!!! What, that’s awesome ????“
“Absolutely love this location! The staff are very caring and always kind to their customers, despite the attitude they receive at times. It's a busy location as the only Starbucks on campus but they always kill it with your order and get things out as fast as they can. I've been coming here for years and can say my drink quality has not been matched at any other location and I wished I could take the staff with me. They always have great recommendations and coming here is always the highlight of a day on campus. Great crew, great service, and great experience! <3“
“I have visited this location on multiple occasions and am generally satisfied. In my last couple of visits, there have been issues with drinks being incorrect; don’t write a review on a “one off experience” so this was worth mentioning.
However, today’s visit was EXCEPTIONAL! We had asked for the barista to just double check a request, as there had been a few mistakes recently. Brecklyn unexpectedly refunded our current order, apologized for previous mistakes, not likely done by them, and also gave reassurance that the beverage today would Be correct and to go further and offer “your next one’s on us” ! Coming from customer service, this was so refreshing!!! Thanks Brecklyn! Starbucks is lucky to have you!!!“
