“Hot take I think Cinnabon taste better, but don’t be discouraged by that because for me Cinnabon is like immortally good so that leaves lots of room for this place. We had their most popular roll, and it was nice!

I wish it were warm, it really wasn’t, and the cream was only on top. I like when cream is throughout so that it’s not dry on the inside.

“Yummy cookies. Staff are friendly but I’m always surprised how long it takes to box the cookies after ordering it. I’d say I spend an average of 5 minutes in this store but feel like it could take 2.

I ordered with a person instead of at the kiosk the last time I went and didn’t get points for my purchase, so that is frustrating too.“

“Memo's bakery pan dulce is great! I wouldn't buy pan dulce anywhere else. However... I recently bought a tres leches cake here and it was meh. It was not moist evenly, some parts were dry. There's one other place that makes better tres leches cake (I will not mention where), and they write happy birthday on it with actual ingredients on the spot, instead of just putting a happy birthday sign. If Memo's is going to charge 40+ dollars for an average size cake, and wants to compete, they need to step it up. Pan dulce though, hands down the best here.“

- decadent food
- friendly staff
- cakes look good and not overly sweet
- both savory and sweet options
- drinks are great

Cons:
- opens at 7am and we went at 7:30am AND still no savory buns out (why open early when you’re not ready yet) this has been true for two times we went
- they forgot one of the drinks we ordered (it wasn’t even that busy)
- limited seats when busy, some patrons had to stand

“Such a great spot that’s always clean and comfortable. The coffee is delicious and the people are so friendly. Cam is the best! And this is the only place around I found that does vanilla bean powder. I prefer it over syrup, it makes it a bit creamier.“

“I went for the first time this week because it’s Wizarding week and wanted the Harry Potter ones. I went in said I had never been there and asked if any of them had peanuts in them. I was told yes, but that they could custom that one so I could still get it which they did and the guy that was working was very cautious to make sure they were safe for me. I will definitely be returning“
