The atmosphere is cute and cozy with many fans which I feel makes up for the heat these late July and early August days are bringing.“

“If you name a cafe Joe’s it carries a certain expectation, casual, unpretentious, friendly, good food, generous portions. Joe’s cafe hits the mark and then some. Got a breakfast sandwich, it was stuffed with egg, sausage and cheese; really good and more than I could finish, as was my wife’s omelet. Consider splitting a meal.“

“Memo's bakery pan dulce is great! I wouldn't buy pan dulce anywhere else. However... I recently bought a tres leches cake here and it was meh. It was not moist evenly, some parts were dry. There's one other place that makes better tres leches cake (I will not mention where), and they write happy birthday on it with actual ingredients on the spot, instead of just putting a happy birthday sign. If Memo's is going to charge 40+ dollars for an average size cake, and wants to compete, they need to step it up. Pan dulce though, hands down the best here.“
