Sonic Drive-In is known for its great customer service, with staff making efforts to rectify mistakes. The restaurant offers delicious burgers and a fantastic cherry slushie. However, there have been instances where cups that fall on the floor are reused, which is unhygienic. It's a popular spot for those looking for late-night bites or affordable meals. The food quality is generally good. Some customers note that the Summer orange Ice cream with a slush drink is a great treat and that large shakes are definitely large. However, the parking lot can be a problem and young employees can be a bit loud. The food is exactly what customers need, although sometimes it may be a little melted, like the ice cream.
