Burger buns were dry and crumbly, tater tots over fried, and Manhattan was amateur given purported restaurant specialty. As hotel guests, we'll be heading into town for dinner from now on as we're now 0-2 with Montage restaurants.
Children running wild making excessive noise/yelling and going in and out the door with a cold blast at our seats every time. Parents did nothing, manager did nothing, servers said nothing. I'm sure it's not like this all the time but if we ever go back it won't be before 8pm. Pretty lousy experience for a $200 bill and we shared a burger and salad. Not impressed.

The front desk was disappointing. We arrived first and we were taken to our table. Our friends arrived a few minutes later, only to be told that there was not a reservation under my name.
