So much variety, so well prepared and presented. Consistent high level among all categories of food from shellfish, to sushi and maki's, beef, duck, baked salmon, veggies, and so on. And so many delicious desserts. Staff were very accommodating and eager to have us enjoy a wonderful dining experience.
Cast and Cut buffet did not disappoint! Many great seafood options, a carving station, and even a pasta area. The food was delicious and the servers were helpful in making suggestions and modifications. Our server Abigail was kind, knowledgeable, and available yet not hovering.
The Deer Valley Seafood Buffet is back. Not sure it really ever left. It has a new name and it is a great experience. Exceptional Deer Valley service from Senta and Christine. Small bites were great and the seafood pasta was excellent. We haven't been in a while and highly recommend it.
