Great experience for breakfast at EPC. Service was friendly and attentive, food came out quickly, tasted great (albeit a bit under seasoned.) Grateful to find somewhere serving a hot breakfast at the canyons in mid-september.

food seemed okay, nothing special. the cook kept touching his face with his gloves and i didn’t see him change them once the entire time we were sat at our table. he also kept eating food from the bowl of potatoes, that he then used to plate our food. so unsanitary. the workers kept peeking at us from around corners then turning back around, i think one guy did that 5 times. maybe they were just checking if we were gone but it made us uncomfortable.

We had an awesome breakfast. Service was quick! Good gluten free options. The GF toast was actually pretty good! The chicken sausage was very tasty. I really enjoyed the chia pudding! We will be back tomorrow to order the same things!

Everything was excellent and even though we were a group of 12 people, the service was fast and the attention extremely excellent. When you go ask for Erik, although everyone in general was excellent.
A group of 12 people came from PR and the treatment was spectacular. Delicious food on the breakfast, lunch and dinner menu.Waiters and manager Eric very helpful and always wanted us to feel good about the food.
