Protein Foundry is a popular destination with two locations, Fort Union and Kimball Junction. The Fort Union location is known for its friendly and patient staff, with a multilingual crew that makes customers feel like regulars. The Kimball Junction location, however, has faced issues with poor customer service, including long wait times and uncommunicative staff. Despite this, Protein Foundry is also home to enthusiastic employees like Josh, who provided exceptional customer service and professionalism, making customers feel valued and appreciated. The menu features options like smoothies and toasts, including the popular monkey business toast, Chocovado, Velvet Samba, and Aphrodite with peanut butter. The Park City location is loved by many, with manager Corneliu running a great place where the staff is amazing and the facility is always clean. Customers enjoy the peanut butter smoothie with whey protein and appreciate how the team remembers their favorite orders.
