Rolbertos Mexican restaurant is a favorite in this town, with many eating there almost every week. It is the quintessential restaurant of the Utah “fast food” Mexican. The menu has great portion great food good sauce, and the Chile verde and adobada are favorites. The Birria was good and worth the stop late at night. It closes at 11:45, which is really nice. It is easily the best Mexican food in Price, authentic, and the service can't be beat. The enchiladas, tacos, breakfast burritos, and everything else are liked. It is exactly what you want from a place that's open late. It was tasty and made people feel good after eating dinner. The staff is great and friendly. The portions are generous. The burrito was super heavy on meat, which was awesome, though just a little on the dry side and a little bland. The place exceeded expectations and was just so delicious. The price was incredible for how much food you get, $20 fed two people more than needed, with excellent quality. It is worth jumping off the highway to enjoy some great Mexican food.
