Einstein Bros Bagels Reviews
Just had THE BEST customer service at this location! Super friendly and the bagels are fresh and delicious even though it’s late in the day! THANK YOU to the sweet blonde with glasses.
My husband and I were so excited to try out Einstein Bros Bakery in Provo this morning. When we arrived, they had posted a sign saying store would be opening at 6am instead of 5am like the website listed. Not a big deal since it was almost 6am. However once we stepped foot in to the Bakery, the employee was SUPER rude. The bagels are AMAZING...when they have them available. I have grown accustomed to walking into the store and seeing all the baskets of bagels EMPTY. Then they tell you that they will need to make some more and it will be an hour. Seems to me if this is happening in a regular basis, you can plan ahead and when you get to your last few bagels, stick some more in the oven. Very disappointing and this is my third visit where this has happened. Tsk!

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a popular spot, known for its delicious bagels and sandwiches. While some customers may find the prices a bit steep, the quality and taste of the food make it worth the cost. The bagels are a highlight, always fresh, warm, and perfectly chewy, with options like strawberry smear and egg sandwiches available. Many regular customers enjoy the cafe, praising the amazing food and the friendly and helpful workers. One customer shared how the staff recognized them and assisted with an app issue for a discount. However, some have experienced long wait times, particularly at the Provo location, which can lead to frustration. One customer noted that they waited 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches and 4 chocolate muffins. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a favorite among locals, with many recommending trying the blueberry muffins, which are moist and delicious. Some customers wish for a larger seating area, but overall, the cafe is a great spot for a casual breakfast or to grab something on the go, making it a must-visit for those who enjoy quality bagels and sandwiches.
