Los Hermanos | Mexican Reviews
Los Hermanos went down hill food wise when it moved to Orem, but still was ok. I’ve been several times since it moved back to Provo and it’s a step above terrible. No taste, poor service on salsa, chip and drink refills. Ran out of chicken one night we had ordered fajita combo and did not even say anything, just brought steak only that was poor quality meat. Unless it improves a lot I won’t be going back. Hate to say this because I have been a regular for 30 plus...read full review
I used to love going to Los Hermanos , but the last few times have been disappointing. The service is pretty good, but the food is flavorless. Even the salsa was severely lacking in flavor. It was just so bland.
Very poor service, brought food Luke warm but not one single utensil for any of us, sat there waiting for nearly 15 minutes food getting colder, told them after 5 minutes that none of us had anything to eat with, still took them 10 more minutes, then they brought flimsy plastic spoons and forks NO knives, had to ask them for knives, 5 more minutes and they brought 1 knife for a table of 10 people, do much more negative happened don’t even want to take the time to say everything…...read full review

Los Hermanos | Mexican has long been a family favorite, known for its delicious nachos, specialty drinks, and some of the best fish tacos in the area. Many customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere, especially the welcoming host Cruz, who makes guests feel like family. The restaurant often provides quick seating and attentive service, with servers like Angela earning high praise for their friendliness and efficiency. The food is generally enjoyed when fresh, with hot dishes and flavorful options such as guacamole and queso. However, some recent reviews indicate a decline in quality, mentioning that the chips now taste like they are from a bag, and the salsa resembles canned tomato sauce. Certain dishes like pork chile verde and chicken chimichanga have been described as lacking seasoning or being too liquid. Despite these issues, many still find the place a great spot to support local business and enjoy a casual meal. Overall, Los Hermanos | Mexican remains a beloved local spot with a warm atmosphere, friendly service, and tasty offerings, though some hope for a return to its former high standards.
