I’m not a fan of kiosk ordering, generally.
But
The customer service was great. They came out and walked me through the ordering process. It was painless, and quite intuitive.
The option are extensive, but not overwhelming.
I enjoyed the hot meal.
I recommend you give it a try!

Had a great experience at Roni’s Mac Bar! The general manager who prepared our order was incredibly friendly and helped us right away. Our food was ready in less than 10 minutes, which was awesome.
I got the Gouda mac and cheese with grilled chicken, pulled pork, BBQ drizzle, and the corn mix, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and came together really well. It is a little on the pricey side, but then again the portions I felt were deserving...read full review
