“I really like this place! While I think there’s room for improvement in a few areas, it’s exactly what I’m looking for right now. That said, I see a lot of potential for it to become an even better spot in the future. They could definitely work on making the space more comfortable and accommodating for larger groups, but overall, it’s promising.“

“Great experience. Staff was wonderful. My husband ordered extra meat and the computer wouldn’t let them add it to our order. Instead of making an extra ticket, they just added the meat with no problem.
Quick to take care of us and made sure they got our order right.“

“I love this location; there’s a blonde male who works in back mainly, and then there’s a female who works up front - I think she has like blonde highlights, but these two employees are always there working their butts off and they’re super nice! The customer service here is just as good as the food!“

“I got the one meat plate with chicken. It was so tender and full of flavor. I loved the mash potatoes as well- I didn’t even put the gravy on them because they had plenty of flavor without. I love all the variety in sauces as well. This is for sure one of my favorite places to get BBQ!“

“I’ve had cupbop several times, and I will keep going back! Pros, all the proteins are very well flavored and cooked. The varied spice levels are nice for options. Very tasty and satisfying meal!
Cons: sometimes there’s a ton of cabbage and noodles and a skimpy meat portion on top. This depends on who’s working I’ve found. I’ve also tried the Korean hotdog and it wasn’t fully cooked, and eating raw dough was gross. The lower quality hot dog meat was used, too, wouldn’t get that again.“

“The fried tofu at 7.5 spice is very mild. Good flavor, but if you're looking for more heat I'd say 9 is a better option. It's closer to Sriracha, but not too spicy yet. The apple and strawberry flavored milkies are also pretty good and not odd tasting. The Korean corn dogs are best served with corn flakes, and the all cheese weighs a decent amount. Overall, good value and the taste is worth the price.“
“We are Chinese and craving for authentic Chinese fast food dishes. We came in 10min just before the store was close. I didn't expect we can find it here inside a supermarket, but we did. The owner was friendly and showed us what is available. The food didn't disappoint. It was yum yum.“

“We went up to BFF Turon to meet our son's companion and his parents. We got there a bit early, and the owner came out and talked to us for a good 20 minutes telling us all about Cebu. Once his companion arrived, the owner explained what all of the dishes were and let us sample whatever we wanted. He was so friendly and helpful and went out of his wayt to make sure we ordered the right dishes. The food was fabulous, the elders even tried the blood sausage!We can't wait to go back!“

“Food was tasty, and came out quick - looked fresh. We were not huge fans of the dressing that goes on the salad portion of the rice bowls so that sort of tainted it, but had it not been for that, I think we would have really loved the meal.“

Our waitress Stacie was very attentive and yet did not smother our tables conversation.
This definitely will not be my only visit.

“The best staff! I normally never order off Instacart for restaurants but I took a chance because I had a discount. The carrier took our whole order & left us 1 thing in the bag. I went into the store & they made everything again! I was extremely impressed with their customer service and that they handled it within minutes. Definitely need recognition for this staff who worked 08/17 night shift“
