“I've been here several times and always get the same thing. I got the combo bop with the rock chicken and tofu with a Korean corn dog. The food itself is really good but I am disappointed in the amount of toppings I got. There are only 4 pieces of tofu and 4 pieces of chicken making it mostly rice and noodles. Hardly an cabbage either. I'm not sure if I ordered at a weird time but I was disappointing this time. Usually it's awesome. :( but I'm going to rate based on how it usually is- 4 stars“

“This was a fun find today! It’s a little hole in the wall place but the food was awesome! We went at noon and it wasn’t busy so we got right in. The service was first rate. The menu had a great selection. We tried the cheeseburger with onion rings and French dip with fries and both were excellent. Will definitely go there again.“

“If you don't like this BBQ, then just never eat BBQ again bc your taste buds are broken. As a southerner, it's been hard to find good BBQ out here. In fact, I've had the worst BBQ of my life here. I'm so grateful to 8lb 6oz sweet baby Jesus for this place to exist because I need my fix. They got it down to a science and it's absolutely delicious. Some of the sides were alright but DANG that's some good BBQ.“

“After today’s long wait, lack of selection, stone cold food, paltry portions this place won’t be around long. They got my last dollar today. I mean really a BBQ joint that doesn’t have any cornbread at noon. Dicky’s won’t have any competition when they open in the spring because this place will be closed long before that!“

“Happened upon this on my way home from a random errand, and so glad I did!Service was impeccable. The whole deal took around 5 minutes, and the food (shared a brisket quesadilla and pork tacos) was shockingly good. Proportions on these were perfect; or if anything - more than expected.Hope this becomes (or remains) a frequent spot for them (17/17). We’d certainly be back for more.“

“I tried the ombu grill on a friend's recommendation, the kimchi here blew me and my friends away, freaking delicious. I highly recommend anyone who loves pork to try the spicy pork belly, it’s a match made in heaven with kimchi. The service is also top-notch, super friendly attitude, overall a damn good experience.“

“Friendly staff. Most people think bbq is on the pricey side, but if you consider the price of meat and the time it takes to truly smoke it, its worth the money. That being said, the meat had a really good smokey flavor with a good smoke ring in the meat. The portions were a good amount too. The only thing I was disappointed with was the sides(slaw and potatoe salad) that I had with my meal. I tend to eat bbq 6 to 7 times a month or more when I travel and the sides (slaw and potato salad) are what help me judge the overall experience. Unfortunately the sides I had just didn't give me the wow factor I look for when ranking it in my top 10 favorite bbq places. If they make some adjustments to the sides, then Utah will have a bbq place that will make other states nervous.“
“We found this place via Trip advisor and decided to visit whilst in Salt Lake the food was delicious and the menu was varied, the location is a little tatty but the food makes up for it. We enjoyed pulled pork and beef brisket during our visit.“

“This place is really good! It’s delicious BBQ that the whole family can enjoy. If you’re GF this place is awesome, almost everything is GF, they staff was very knowledgeable. We ordered a big meal to share with brisket, ribs, pulled pork, coleslaw, baked beans, the baked potatoes and some cornbread muffins! We also ordered jambalaya on the side and my husband said it was his favorite thing he had there! My favorite was the baked bbq beans! But I liked everything! The atmosphere is really cool, they have lots of seating options. The menu is pretty big, so there’s something for everybody! The Bills Big Combo that we ordered fed us twice!Vegetarian options: Several dishes are meat free but I am not sure if they have a meat substituteDietary restrictions: Staff was well informed about what was in each dish and I am confident that they could helpParking: Free parking lot adjacent to the buildingKid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly food!“

“I call Hawai’i home, and plate lunch(what kokonut island grill serves) is near and dear to my heart. This is my personal favorite plate lunch and quite frankly one of the best, if not the best chicken katsu I’ve had ever. This is the original crew here at 2600s and have the highest standards. The service is great, the food is delicious, and the vibe is of da aina. When I eat out this is my preferred spot every time. There are a lot of spots to get Hawaiian, but hands down this is the best.“
