Sushi Yu

Nothing out of the ordinary here. Simple and plain, but it was good and fresh.large selection to choose from. I wish the fish was cut a little thicker, how do they cut it so thin? The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Hopefully since they are new they will change some things up.

Basically the same thing as Sushi Ya (in Draper and Provo). Most of the menu is identical. Sushi Ya is a little bit better overall - slightly better rolls, nicer building, more experienced staff. This restaurant recently changed to a sushi bar with an all you can eat option. I chose this option and went with the dinner menu although I was there at lunchtime. I did this to get access to their entire menu. I ordered a few nigiri and two rolls. I ordered a roll with spicy tuna in it to see how they handles this offering.
