Kenna, who was working the drive thru at 6:10 on 8/28/2020 was the absolute best! While she was waiting for our food to be done, instead of closing the window and making us wait in silence, she talked to me and my son. She noticed he was wearing a football uniform and asked about about it. We really felt her genuine kindness and it helped us a lot. Thank you, Arby’s, for employing such a nice, beautiful soul ❤️
The staff on 8/22 around noon were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The food was fresh and tasted great!
This is an edit. I will say the food here is really good when I have ordered other things. I just didn't like the new philly cheesesteak. I tried the new Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was subpar it definitely was not anything that I was expecting a Philly cheesesteak to be it was edible but I will definitely not buy that sandwich again
