“After I saw a video on Facebook someone had posted trying to unfairly berate this place I wanted to go at least once to try to show support. I am so glad we did! The customer service was very good, the food phenomenal! It cost a little more than our normal Chinese restaurant but we were given enough food for over 2 meals with each combo dinner. We will definitely be back!“

“This plate was absolutely FULL of food when I got it. We payed between 13-15 dollars for it, and it was the best Chinese I've had. I'm a bigger guy who eats a lot but I couldn't finish it there was so much. Service was incredible too, the waitresses were incredibly nice, and very quick with service.“

“As a frequent traveler I search for locally owned restaurants and this was a good find. The service was fast and friendly and the food was good. The sesame chicken was cooked well and with a nice sauce and the ham fried rice was surprisingly good, tastes much better than it looks. The egg roll was somehow crispy yet still greasy wit decent flavor.“

“UNDISCOVERED GEM!

This place is by far the best place for an authentic Mandarin & Cantonese experience! I've been coming here sporadically for years and it's blown me away every time.

The lunch specials are freaking stellar and if you stop by for dinner you won't be disappointed!

They were closed for a little bit but when they reopened the entire store had a facelift and the outside of the building got a new lick of paint.

“My family loves this place and the family that owns the seem to be very nice! I have one picky eater and he loves the General Tso's chicken: I personally change it up each time. The costs is about the same as nearby fast food and you get fresher homemade quality food for similar wait!“

“The Little Orient is a small family run restaurant. They have been slowly opening since Covid. Their restaurant is back open although it’s still not full service.You can call ahead or order online. We called with our order, then we sat and ate at the restaurant. It’s a quaint restaurant. We were the only ones there but we remember what it was like before Covid hit.The food is great. It’s fresh, made to order Chinese food. We’ve been eating here for years.

“Our new favorite Chinese restaurant North of Bountiful. They have both family style and combos. Food was great and not over battered. Hot and sour soup was decent, but not great. Tons of parking and there was no wait. Service was the best of any similar restaurant in the area. Will definitely make the 15-20 min drive next time for Chinese food. Next time we will try the sushi.

“Chinese food. Was pretty much regular Chinese food. Service was good. I probably should have just got orange chicken or General Tso. They have a lunch menu and it is quite a bit of food. So overall if you have some time and desire Chinese, this is definitely a place you can go to.“

We always get the Drunken Noodle, Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and finish with a Mango Sticky Rice. Fun, downtown “hole in the wall” Thai!“

“I went with some family members who have been going there for years because it is good and inexpensive. They also prefer local restaurants to chains. His establishment didn’t disappoint.The service was quick and the same with the food. I also liked that they serve a complete meal with a soup of your choice and an egg roll.The restaurant is clean and organized and decorated in the typical “Chinese” style which I find enjoyable.I ordered the cashew chicken which was a bit different than usual since it was red colored but still tasty. It is nice to see some innovation and originality.

“We don't usually dine in, we always pick up the food. The food is always hot and delicious. The portions you get for the price you pay is amazing! I usually prefer fried rice over noodles... but here I always get the noodles! They are by far the best noodles I've had at any restaurant in Utah. We've tried many places in Utah and always feel let down on the quality of food for the price (even PF changs or Mandarin). But here, I feel the food is always fresh, hot, and the price is great especially for the portions you get. We've mostly tried all the chicken dishes and appetizers. “Great food at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend this place to anyone that likes quick Chinese food. We bought 2 large plates which had 1 side and 3 entrées each. We bought it for 4 people and it fed all of us with some food for leftovers. The only thing that the 3 of us didn't like was the peppered chicken, it has decent flavor to me but the pepper is more than I'd like it to be. The orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, mushroom chicken and honey sesame chicken was my favorite. The chow mien and teriyaki chicken were mid and didn't have a lot of flavor, the chow mien didn't seem cooked enough either compared to others that I have. Other than that it's a good restaurant.“
