“I've been coming here for better than a decade. Since before the current owners, and the place just keeps getting better every time.
This is the best Pho in Utah. Hands down! Saigon Pho (V1) has to be my entire family's favorite dish. When my kids come home from out of state, this is the first request.
Went today with my daughter and her wife to celebrate her 26th birthday. Service was outstanding, as always, and they even surprised my daughter with a desert and candle to blow out. Absolutely the sweetest staff.
If you've never tried this restaurant, I would highly recommend it. The menu is wonderful. Something for even the pickiest of eaters.

“The pho bowl portions were fantastic! Each bowl was packed with noodles and meat — I almost couldn’t finish mine 😂 The broth was rich and full of deep flavor and I liked that it all came in an actual bowl which made it very convenient.
