Stan's Drive-In Reviews
Super good. Should be much busier for how good the food was. Fast and friendly service too
The total price didn’t seem to add up to what I ordered. They didn’t offer a receipt. I had to ask them to print one. Upon inspecting the receipt, they tacked on $1.80 of fry sauce that I didn’t ask for. That was odd. If you’re going to charge the customer $1.80 for fry sauce, the customer ought to consent to that. Stan's Drive-In is a drive-thru restaurant with a slightly worn-down look that remains a favorite spot for those in search of good food. The double bacon cheese burger special with English chips is pricey, but the real-cut crispy bacon is the highlight. Customers have enjoyed the fries, noting they are well-seasoned with a perfect balance between a crispy outside and a nice soft inside. The owner is known for making delicious malts, and they also offer a great chicken tikka Marsala and a tasty chicken curry that has impressed visitors.
Despite being up for sale, Stan's remains popular for malts and American food. Some customers have mentioned odd pricing experiences, like an unexpected $1.80 charge for fry sauce that was later reimbursed. While the prices can be a bit steep, many agree that the food is worth trying. The Stan burger, featuring mushroom and ham, has surprised even those who typically dislike those ingredients. Overall, Stan's Drive-In is a place worth visiting for anyone looking for wholesome American food and a new burger joint experience.
