I was in the new SLC airport and came across Beechers. Looked them up and they seemed to be legit. They had a line and no employee was in sight. I had a few minutes so I waited. Then a bubbly blonde came out and all I noticed was her effervescence. She was so polite and patient with everyone. It was quite impressive! Located at the far end of the terminal. They were out of almost all their sandwiches when I showed up around 1 pm. The plain grilled cheese was greasy comfort food while the tomato soup was overly salty. A decent option for airport food.

Got the standard grilled cheese - it was $10 but every other grab & go meal in the airport is even more expensive, and this was genuinely really good so I’m not mad at all. Staff was kind and patient too.
