The guy working the register didnt know how to take orders. I asked for a #2 with cheese and he didnt know what to do. The sad thing is it's not even a full menu so for him not to understand was frusterating. I got the manager and ordered through her and she still messed up the order and gave me a plain double whopper no topping or condiments. She then said I asked for it plain. I go through SLC twice a month and the burger in the airport has horrible customer service. I gave up on them awhile back and thought I would give them another shot yesterday and it hasn’t changed. They are still horrible and I’ll never eat there again. After I ordered I decided to get my money back and went to Jimmy Johns where they always have incredible service and food.

Average for an airport experience but certainly not super busy for a Thursday evening. The staff was polite even though they didn't really talk. Roughly $20-$250 for two people. Not overly expensive.
