Got there and was in line saw three times that the server had put new food on top of old food instead of transferring it over to the old on top of the new stuff. Mention it to the manager and told him that he needs to tell them and fix it or he's going to have a big problem on his hands because they can have salmonella going out to the guest like that. Do that I used to work in a restaurant and I know how that feels I'm not trying to like I told him everybody makes mistakes...

I use to love Cafe Rio but most the locations aren't killing it for me these days. I'd still take it over most fast food, but they could sure use refocusing on the customer experience and core OG recipes.

This is a Very nice location. When I go there, I always buy salad. Food it pretty good, they put right amount of meet here. Avoid Cafe Safe Rio located on 5400S they ant nice and they put almost no meat in the food.
