Engine Room is highly recommended by guests for its fantastic and incredible food and drinks. The atmosphere is a vibe with great music. Many specific dishes receive praise: the pork belly lollipops are perfect and delicious, the chicken Marsala is awesome, and the tender short ribs and bison burger are very good. The caesar salad with house-made rye bread croutons and balsamic glaze is repeatedly called delicious, divine, and one of the best. The turtle lava cake is amazing, and the non-alcoholic specialty drinks and hibiscus drink are delicious. For lunch, the fish n chips are excellent. A note on the ribeye suggests it is good but not exceptional for its price, and a 1/2 burger was noted as not as fresh as expected. Service is frequently described as going above and beyond, unforgettable, quick, personable, efficient, helpful, and friendly, with specific staff members and a manager receiving thanks. The overall experience is amazing, and many guests state they will be back.
